Taxim Lounge Hotel Special Category Reviews

An excellent modern boutique hotel in the very center of Beyoğlu - many locals live there, a stone's throw from Istiklal - the main pedestrian street of the city and Taksim Square, where the metro runs from and where the Havaist bus arrives from the airport. We were given a room on the 5th floor, overlooking the terrace of another house and the Bosphorus. We checked in at 9 o'clock, there was almost no wait for our room. The room is huge, you can put a bed in the bathroom and sleep, and in the shower room 3 people can wash at the same time). Shampoo/gel bottles were always changed, and dental/shaving kits were provided upon request. A very nice girl at the reception - I think her name is Busra (they don’t wear badges there 🤷🏻‍♂️). The only sad thing was that on the last day, housekeeping threw away a souvenir string bag with pieces of paper inside, which we used to dry our boots. Well, the sound insulation in the rooms is so-so - everything that was happening in the corridor could be heard, but in principle it did not interfere.
