Didn't like it at all! 😒
About the responsiveness of the staff and service:
1. The staff is not responsive. There were three of us, there were only enough toiletries for two. We asked the receptionist twice to bring extra slippers and remove the portable crib from our room from previous guests - the answer was 'yes, of course'. In the end, nothing. In the morning, we had to ask again, and in the end, the guy from housekeeping helped. Is this really a 5-star hotel?!
2. There is no toothpaste, no disposable toothbrushes, no hair conditioner, no lotion in the rooms. There was one pack of cotton swabs for three guests. We asked for more. They nodded to us, in the end, nothing again. The guy from housekeeping helped again.
3. There is no iron in the room. When I asked at the reception to take an iron, I was told that they would not give it to me. This is included in the laundry services and they gave me a price list for laundry services. Are you serious?!!
About cleanliness:
4. There is mold in the showers. Everywhere. We were ready to pay extra and take a room of a higher level, just not to live with it, since I have an allergy to mold, but in all the rooms offered it was the same.
5. You will sleep on holes in the sheets. Really worn out.
6. The rooms are very strongly aromatic through the ventilation system. If your sense of smell has not been blown away by covid, this smell will linger in your nose for a very long time.
7. Wi-Fi is simply dead!!! Nothing opened. Only works normally in the lobby. Just the Stone Age.
On the positive side: decent breakfast on the 8th floor with a beautiful view and seagulls. I can’t say anything else good about the hotel.
