Great location but here are the draw back to this hotel. 1: When they say it is a full bed, it is not. They zip two small bed together and call it one King size bed 2: The bed smell pee. I am not kidding. A very thin layer of bed sheet that keeps coming out of the bed and the bed itself smells pee 3: They didn't have a small fridge they promised on the site. I had to fight for it. Then after they changed me to a room with fridge. 4: They only give you one card. That means when you leave the room you have to turn off the whole room. Perfect, but one problem. The fridge turns off too. Which means anything you have in the fridge also goes bad. 5: Kettle Tea pot, inside was dark black. Didn't use that for my coffee. My last word on this hotel. If smell of pee doesn't bother you, than this is a nice place for you

The hotel managers are very nice, friendly, very pleasant. They always listen to their customers, thank you very much. On the other hand, the maintenance of the bathroom and the linens need to be changed every day (bath towels and bath sheets) The rest of the services, nothing to say I think I will go next time and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone Very good quality, price and service See you soon

The hotel went well for the first two nights but then the heating no longer worked so at night it was very cold knowing that it was winter. Then on the last day I left my bag to have breakfast. To my great surprise, when I arrived at the airport, I noticed that €50 had been stolen. Very narrow bathroom and shower Daily cleaning of the room as soon as you are outside. Otherwise the owner and his employees are great. Just the last day didn't please me. I had reserved the taxi money which was stolen from me

This hotel in Istanbul is absolutely exceptional! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the staff is warm and attentive, and the facilities are modern and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers to Istanbul asking for a minimum.

Every day morning same breakfast cool food no one speak English if you ask something they no understanding what we say to them I don’t think I will be recommending any one sorry and spa massage they telling me not working that’s not good please try to sort everything out another problem room number 502 when you have shower outlet drain water slowly going not good

While I was out, money went missing from my wallet in the room. Without a safe, our belongings were vulnerable, and it seems the cleaning crew took advantage. Despite the owners seeming trustworthy, their staff's behaviour raises serious concerns about security and oversight. This incident overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay, and I hope the management takes steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I would like to write the amazing experience that I have in milano hotel, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good with so many options, also the staff is friendly and can speak English. For sure, when I come back istanbul I will for sure stay again in Milano.

Attention everyone - money is being stolen in this hotel!!! We stayed at this hotel in January 2024. This is our first visit to Istanbul. The location of the hotel is not bad. Close to all attractions. The rooms are okay - very small, not very clean. At first we were put in one room, where the window was broken, there was a hole in the door, and there was air blowing from all the cracks. Overall terrible! They moved us to another one, which was better because there was no draft from the windows. When I asked for blankets, they brought me cotton bedspreads. Breakfast is standard: coffee from the machine, drinks, jams, vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, salad, not the first freshness, boiled broccoli, zucchini, eggplant, 3 types of cheese, bread, cookies. But while we were at breakfast, money was stolen from our room: 100 euros and 70 dollars. From the bag. I believe that this hotel is not worthy of the title of hotel.

Nightmare! Dirty hotel in a very noisy area next to the market. The rooms are old with broken furniture and very small, but that's half the problem. The shower is covered in black mold, the shower head is broken, the handle is cracked in the middle so that water simply splashes in all directions, flooding the floor and walls. When you contact the reception with this problem, they smile at you sweetly, take the key and promise to fix the problem by the evening, but in reality they are not even going to do anything. The request to bring towels and toilet paper was fulfilled for 2.5 hours, until I went down to the reception again, the staff sat and made tea in the lobby. The included breakfast was just a mess, fried potatoes, salads with mayonnaise and unwashed boiled eggs, all that was safe to eat was cereal and a cup of coffee. Despite the fact that for the same price, closer to the port, you can rent a room with breakfast in a much more decent hotel, if it weren’t for the paid tour with the flight, we would have moved out on the day of check-in! And special attention should be paid to either the manager or the owner of this garbage dump. This comrade does not give way to single girls and takes numbers from the reservation to write on WhatsApp.

Not a hotel but *******!!! I do not advise!!! Especially if you are with your family, under no circumstances should you visit this trash can!!!!! They put 4 beds into one small room and call it a 4-bed room!!!!!! The room is so cramped that if you have luggage there is no place to put it. It is not possible to move independently in the room.

Stay away from this hotel they steal money. 3000 liras were stolen from us. Cats climb in from the windows and smell cat meat in the rooms. The rooms were dirty and practically not cleaned. We lived on the third floor all night and could hear seagulls running on the roof.
