It was one of the worst hotels that I stayed in. Our room was like a boiler, and they didn't do anything about it as there was an issue with the window. The staff has not been honest with us. The only good thing was the price.

Neat and comfortable

Perfect area. In walking distance to the congress centre as well as Taxim Square. The rooms were very clean and all the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed! Breakfast was also very nice, freshly made and different. Would definitely highly recommend recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Nice room, very nice staff, yummy breakfast. Better take taxi if you carry heavy luggages, the . They helped me to call the taxi to airport in a reasonable price, avoided all the taxi scam. Appreciate it!

I was cheated by the hotel on the first night. An important reminder is not to stay in the standard room on the first floor. It was very noisy and made abnormal noises, making it impossible to sleep at all. After that, Ctrip coordinated to change rooms and compensated for the room fee. The room is relatively clean, but the room is said to be 26 square meters, but it is less than 16 square meters by visual inspection. There is no space to open a 26-inch suitcase. Wouldn't it hurt your conscience if it says 26 square meters on it?

The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor, you can hear it from the shower upstairs and next to you. There were irregular noises in the room at night and I couldn't find the reason. The most unpleasant thing is that the room arranged by the hotel has no windows. When I asked to change it, the hotel firmly disagreed. It was the first time I encountered such a hotel.

Overall, it's pretty good! The hotel waiters are very polite and enthusiastic! The breakfast is quite rich. Apart from the main course, there are a lot of side dishes to choose from. It's pretty much the same as buffet style!

The room is not as large as Ctrip introduced. It is said to be 26 square meters. Two people have to give way to each other when walking in the passage. The bed is also very small, about 1 meter. There were bugs on the wall on the first day I checked in.
