In short the biggest problem this hotel has is with the very rude, most obnoxious Mustafa who works on reception. It is not just my opinion but others who encounter this man. IF this hotel wants to survive then sack this man. Because of him I chose NOT to extend my stay and for this reason it is HE who is losing this hotel potential revenue. The ladies who serve breakfast are lovely-he should learn some good manners from them.

Piccolo albergo situato in posizione strategica per visitare le attrazioni storiche della città. Pulizia e cortesia del personale, con citazione speciale alla simpatia di Mustafa che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Colazione non molto varia ma buona. Ambiente intimo ed accogliente. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Stayed for four nights on vacation. The hotel is really well located near the main tourist sites which were easily accessible by walking or by tram. It is also close to ferry terminal. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the really nice buffet breakfast, with hot and cold dishes many of which changed on a daily basis. A small fridge in the room was an unexpected bonus. A minor negative was the hotel was slightly difficult to find from train/metro station on arrival in the evening, but once located this wasn't an issue. Would happily stay again.

El hotel es acorde al precio que pagas, igual que el buffet y sus servicios. Dicho esto, el hotel es acogedor, el servicio es muy agradable y el sitio es inmejorable. Si alguien viene por primera vez a Estambul, es un sitio muy recomendable por su ubicación.

الاوتيل جميل ومريح نفسيا ونظيف وهذا اهم شئ وطاقم العمل ودود جدا ومحترمين احب اشكرهم جدا ومتواجدين طول اليوم لاى طلبات ويساعدون النزلاء فى الرد على اسألتهم على المواصلات عند الذهاب لاى مكان وافظل طريقة والوسيلة المناسبة للذهاب والافطار طازج ومتنوع ولا يمل منهم ! احببت اقامتى هنا ولن تكون آخر مرة 🥰

2021 Mayıs sonu iş için internet aracılığı ile yapmiş olduğum 2 günlük rezervasyonda 1. gece konaklamadan önce otele 2. gece kalmayacağımızı ve parasını otelde nakit olarak ödememize rağmen ve sabah 09.00 sularında oteli terk edeceğimizi beyan etmemize rağmen 2. gece peşin ödediğimiz konaklamayı ödememek için elinden geleni yapan otel sahibine ve bu konuda asla taviz vermemesine, hiç etik olmayan bu davranışını asla kabul edemiyorum. Kesinlikle otel değil tutumları ve temizlik aynı zamanda kahvaltı hizmetlerinde sınıfta kaldıklarını söylemek istiyorum. Kalmak için bir kez daha düşünün derim. Kesinlikle ve şiddetle tavsiye etmiyorum. Ticaret bir yana önce insan olmak lazım. Para her şey değildir. Yazıklar olsun. Kalmadığım gecenin parasını peşin ödedim.

Please do not book this hotel. Staff is very rude. Check In was not essy. And I the Room was not vert clean. The hotel is next to a busy Roar which means it is quite noisy. The windows do not keep the noise out.
