The location is excellent. However, there were some issues in terms of service. The room had poor drainage, so I had to change rooms, and the room smelled bad, so I had to change rooms again. And I called a taxi to the airport and booked it at a fixed price, but the driver said he didn't know and kept raising the price, which made me sweat.

Very professional and friendly staff. They were very welcoming and helpful in every single aspect of our stay. The breakfast was delicious. The spa and hamam were great as well. Isabel the lobby cat was super cute as well and the fact that the hotel is taking care of the stray animals around the hotel is a great bonus. You definitely feel welcome here.

Eine schöne Tour während des Sonnenuntergangs, die nicht zu lang ist und einem einen guten Überblick gibt. Nicht wundern, das Boot wartet nicht die ganze Zeit am Pier, während man auf der asiatischen Seite ist, holt einen aber sicher wieder ab. 😜

Great location and the staff were very friendly and professional. Rural was extremely helpful in solving an issue for us. Would definitely stay here again when in Istanbul. Walking distance to Haig Sofia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern.
