The location and the behavior of the hotel team are excellent•

Small room, but great location to bustling restaurant street and pier. Short walk to tram network and close to the main tourist sites. Well worth staying here if you are looking for convenience

The hotel is located above the cultural relics, but parking is not convenient

Stayed here with my dad and brother for the champions league final, on the first night I fell over and hurt my face and Musa helped me a lot and gave me an ice pack. When room service was finished and we wanted food at 5am Musa ordered some food for us. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The hotel is very nice and clean, had no issues at all. Would recommend.

The hotel is located close to the Bosphorus. Near galata tower, the trolley, the mall and the waterfront. So easy to get around. The people treated us like family and the room was clean and comfortable. They helped us with making calls to the airline with a missing luggage issue. Highly recommend. Lots of local shops, restaurants and bars around too. But the hotel is not in a busy street

I read the reviews and don't agree. It was near the train and metro but it was very noisy at night. Room walls very thin you could hear everything that was going on in the other room. Breakfast very basic cheap Turkish (No Borek!!) . Overall didn't like the hotel at all. Have stayed in a lot of places in Turkey this was by far one of the worst. Rooms were not nice/shower old and horrible/staff helpful and nice. It was a small family run place but they can do much better and improve themselves. They offer no facilities. In general don't recommend it at all. Mattress had major problems (they changed it after 3 nights)- one room had a small cubicle like window only.

Hotel in a great location.. 150 m from the Galata Bridge and the Bosphorus.. We had booked a standard room and we didn't see that the description said without a window.. They agreed to upgrade us without any extra charge.. Really super nice, nice room and very nice hall too.. Thank you

Le personnel est super gentil petit plus pour la gérante. L’hôtel en soit est très bien situé 1 min à pied du tram 15min de Taksim. Mais nous avions fait une réservation de dernière minute et il ne restait que la chambre économique. Le terme économique prend tout son sens : pas de fenêtre eau chaude 1 fois sur 2, malodorante. Literie très bas de gamme, serviette qui limite vous tranche la peau. Pas de bouteille d’eau le service minimum. Très mal insonorisé. Mur sale et salle de bain bouché . Il restait les pantoufles et les poubelles des précédents clients dans la chambre à notre arrivée …
