The hotel is terrible.
1. We were checked into the wrong room. The administrator explained that our room was given to other people who arrived earlier. Although I checked in at 18:00.
We were given an economy room.
2. There is not a single healthy spot on the pillows from the yellow stains.
3. There is no shower hose, and the entire shower is leaking.
4. The cabinet under the sink is broken and filled with garbage, which was not even removed.
5. Air conditioning with exposed wires and mold.
6. From the welcome set: sugar and chopsticks. No kettle, no tea, no coffee, no water. There was nothing else. Although it was implied.
7. The administrator is completely incompetent. Does not know English and does not want to solve problems.
8. In general, the hotel does not look like a hotel. Three guys were constantly sitting in the lobby, all on their phones. None of them wanted to work.
In summary:
We fled this hotel at 03:00 at night, having booked a room in another hotel.
This hotel is the worst of those I have ever seen.
Please do not repeat my mistakes. Do not book this horror.
Pros: location. And that is relative. A sharp descent up the mountain, which is inconvenient. It was not easy to find the sign. I walked around the area for about 15 minutes while looking for the hotel.

The location is very good but the rooms are

The hotel is located in Taksim, but walking to the hotel at night on the side streets makes you feel uneasy. The room was on the roof floor and had a small balcony door shared with the next room. It looked like it would open if you pushed the balcony door. The breakfast was inedible. The beds were uncomfortable and there was a bad smell in the hotel.

The rooms are quite small and cramped and the bathrooms have NO amenities except toilet paper. Not even hand soap or a single hook to hang your clothes. Well, they had a hair dryer but I was kinda scared to use it as the wire looked damaged. The rooms are not very well maintained and you can see they are old and slightly falling apart. Its close to the Taksim square, but there are many hotels in the locality (Its kind of on a back alleyway so it gets dark at night and you have to take a small flight of stairs right outside the hotel to get on the main road). The staff is not rude but neither are they helpful and seem mostly untrained. They didn't have a breakfast service and I don't think they even provided water bottles. The upside was since we didn't really feel like ever being in the room, we spent all our day exploring Taksim. Also it looks nothing like the pictures.
