Ottimo hotel posizionato nelle vicinanze di due metro più a 150 metri tram per arrivare al centro città. Camere ben pulite e cambio di asciugamani tutti i giorni personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa colazione continentale

L hotel est tout neuf, tres bien situe a aksaray proche de tout a pied et tres propre ,les matelas sont tres confortable,le personnel est tres agreable et souriant ,le petit dejeuner est tres bon ,les chambres du haut sont tres bien ,confortables ,la piscine est toujour pleine et le sauna est super.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff, location was excellent, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast is 1st class, this is my second stay here and it won't be my last, I can't recommend this hotel enough five star hotel with five star staff

After 7 stays in Istanbul a truly comfortable hotel. Comfortable and beautiful room, even if a little small and without a panoramic view, excellent SPA (both clean and well-kept), excellent breakfast. Extremely kind and friendly staff, in particular Youssuf at the reception and the owners who go out of their way to make your stay easier. Convenient location (2-3 minute walk from Yenikapi metro station) and 2 stops from the Grand Bazaar.

Second time in this boutique hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful, family atmosphere. Very good cleaning. Comfortable room and excellent quality/price ratio. Close to the main attractions, you can walk or take the tram. From IST airport, it is very easy and economical to get there by metro, the stop is right next to the hotel. Very complete breakfast. We will be back!

We had booked a basic triple room for a long weekend with 2 adults and a teenager. The double bed is quite tight at 1.40m, but the rooms are sufficiently large. Great breakfast, very nice staff and a good location. Everything very clean. The most important sights can be easily reached on foot or by tram.

We had three rooms, one was under earth level with no phone recieption, other was placed in a maintenence corridor. We litterelly had to zigzac by cleaning trollies to access the room. For saftety/evacuation reasons we wish that this information would have been communicated to us prior to our visit. The sound level was very high, the first night no one could sleep due to raised voices from either other guests, reception or staff in a nearby room seemingly working. We did manage to change 2/3 rooms, which was great but sound level did not improve.
