優點：位置不錯 缺點：剩下的衞生 房間設施 早餐 都是缺點。第二天的服務都不錯頭一天剛入住的時候 前台服務一般。 被套是臟的 開關插座上一層灰這根本達不到五星的客房布草標準！ 四星也達不到。不給換房間 換了被套 真難受 設施老化 地板都翹起來凹凸不平的。房間賊小行李箱都擺不下也就是快捷的水平。1300的房價 不要求你做到奢華酒店的水平咱至少要保證衞生吧！

The hotel is very new and conveniently located. It rained on the day we arrived. The hotel BELLBOY came to the taxi with an umbrella to pick us up. The front desk called my name directly, which was a pleasant surprise. The room is not big but clean. It is a 5-minute walk from Galata Tower and T1 is just opposite the hotel. Everything is good. The only thing about taking a taxi is that the hotel booked a taxi to the airport for a flat price of 1,500 liras, but told me that if I swipe my credit card, I would have to pay a handling fee. After arriving at the airport, the meter showed more than 1,300 liras, but I swiped my card and paid 1,759 liras. Which bank has such a handling fee, or is it a joint fare increase between the taxi company and the hotel? The day before, I called UBER from the airport to the hotel, and the final price was 1,348 liras, but the driver quoted UBER 1,799 liras. I complained to UBER and refunded the extra money. I think it is a common phenomenon for taxis in Istanbul to charge randomly, but after taking taxis twice, I think UBER is more reliable. So please remember, don't let the hotel call a taxi. I would also suggest that the hotel choose a reputable taxi driver to protect its reputation, as this seriously undermines my evaluation of the hotel.

All the staff here are kind, the location is good, the facilities are good and clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Istanbul. This hotel staff and facilities are exclusively kind, helpful, lovely and excellent. It's 100 out of 10🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
