well if you think this is a five star hotel like hayatt or hilton and so on you are wrong. you know you take what you pay for it . I think for this price the hotel is ok. The room is big with big balcony. not clean very well. we had problem with showers water was too hot they finally fixed it. breakfast was poor and expensive( 200Tl per person) with no friendly staff. in fact you don't need to have breakfast in hotel there are some restaurants like yusof kofteci ( 35 _55 Tl for breakfast) with unlimited tea in 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is very far from tourist attractions so if you are in istanbul for first time I do not recommend it because you have to pay too much for taxi .no metro or tramva near it .but in 5 minutes from the hotel you can find bus station and dolmus to travel around the aria .

I have stayed in several hotels in the city. And I always look for low budget hotels because I only sleep there and then leave. And so far it has always been worse than you think. But with this hotel I was more than satisfied with the condition of the hotel itself. It is further away from the center, but you can easily get to everything by metro or taxi anyway. It is a 20-minute walk to the next metro station. As the manager of the hotel told me and showed me with photos on his cell phone, the hotel was only inaugurated a few months ago. So it is very new. As far as I remember, it opened in early 2023. The interior is really nice and modern. The prices are really beautiful. I only paid €150 for 6 nights. I was alone by the way. There is not really anything going on there, people come, sleep, eat and go, so it is very quiet. The surroundings are also quieter than in the center. There is a mosque nearby, but the walls are so well sealed that I was not woken up by the call to prayer in the morning. The view from my window was just beautiful! I was on the 4th floor. You could see the skyline really well. There was a 24-hour reception👍 And the staff were nice too, I even had a long chat with one of the staff and the manager. The place was tidied every day and it was nice and clean. Best low budget hotel so far👍👍

Close proximity to the airport Sabiha. But at the exit from the airport building poorly organized signs with the direction of the way to the hotel. While I was looking for the way to the hotel I made several unnecessary circles. In addition, You have to take two elevators to the fourth floor. Spacious clean room with stylish design. On arrival, it was sweltering hot in the room with the temperature 26,5 °C. Windows don't open. The air conditioner failed to adjust to a cool temperature. At most I managed to get the temperature down to 25.5 °C. In doing so, the conditioner made a lot of noise. This negative moment spoiled the impression, as it did not let me sleep well. Perhaps this problem (Malfunction of the air conditioning system) was only in my room. One more advantage - 24 hours room service. Convenient, in case of a late arrival. Overall, it was a pleasant experience also thanks to helpful friendly staff.

I have stayed here many times, but this time I was not satisfied at all. In the room, hair belonging to an old woman was scattered everywhere. The cleaning was unsuccessful. There was a hot water problem, the water was getting extremely cold and hot while taking a shower and washing dishes. I am not normally a person who chooses pillows, I can sleep with all pillows, regardless of whether they are hard, soft, high or low. The room is stuffed to the brim with a pillow large enough to bend your head at an exaggerated 45 degree angle. I preferred to sleep without a pillow.

I had jacuzzi problems every time I stayed in the last three rooms, but I never used them. The last time, the jacuzzi stayed not, the same salary was paid again. They could download the standard charge this time, but we wanted it to be done the next day. I was kicked out and called out from outside and even received his confirmation. Otherwise, another room block was done. We returned to the hotel and we saw the jacuzzi still not sticking. And there is no other room. Price performance is terrible. To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast
