Hotels Near Lunapark in Istanbul

I stayed in a Single Economy Room and chose it based on the booking description - 12 square meters. The room turned out to be very small and could hardly moved once in, worse when I had to open the luggage and get things to use. Room amenities were sufficient. Room and bathroom were clean, but room size description could have been more honest. English of staff was generally not good, except for one night male staff. They responded to questions but not in a particularly enthusiastic manner. It was difficult to get recommendations. Breakfast was reasonable and F&B staff were attentive.

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Traveling to Istanbul is exciting experience and most of the time you should go out of the hotel and walk around so booking the luxurious hotel isn’t good idea. It’s better to cost for visiting this amazing city. You have to consider instead of your payment. At first glance, the location of this hotel may seem a bit disappointing, but I assure you that this hotel is in a great location and is safe, as well as at night, when sleeping, it is quieter than many neighborhoods. . Make sure you get the right service for the price you pay. The only drawback is perhaps the small size of some of the rooms of this hotel, which, considering that the purpose of the trip to this city is sightseeing and you only go to the hotel for bathing and sleeping, all your needs will be met. Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

Hi ... I stayed with my family in Istanbul at Noble pangalti for 10 nights. The hotel is newly opened, everything was very clean and shiny. Sheets ,towels and duvet all brand new . I give the hotel 5 of 5 with everything nay be the only thing that I didn't like was the pillows, it wasn't very comfortable. For the people working there ( receptionists , housekeepers ) I definitely give them a rating 10 of 5 specialy Ali , however all of them were very polite, very helpful and very friendly additionally the gentlemen in the reception were all speaking English well. I very highly recommend the hotel, and as a usual visitor to Istanbul this hotel is a piece of mind for my coming trips.

Loved this hotel. David on reception and all the staff were very helpful and attentive. Location was amazing,furthest we had to walk was Grand Bazaar which was 15 minutes. Citadel and Mosques 10 minutes tops. Rooms where not overly big(standard room) however had everything you needed from fridge,safe,mini bar etc.... House keeping was excellent, rooms were spotless. Trips. Would highly recommend Guru walking tour. Our guide was excellent,great sense of humour, very informative and a good pace. If you go to Mosques I would recommend a guided tour,not one of the big tours,which we had. If you can afford the extra cost get a one on one tour or definitely a tour that has a headset so you can hear clearly. If you don't like crowds stay away from the Grand Bizzar, that was mad. Personally I loved it,very different. Restaurants too many to name,choice is amazing within a 10 minute walk. Found the Turks very hospitable. Watch outs,not there where many. Passport control took us an hour to get through so if you have precooked a cab,like we did,see if they will wait,ours did not. Transfer time from airport to European side said 43 minutes by cab,allow 90 minutes,traffic is very very heavy. Hope you had a great a time as we did and thanks again to The Bentley Hotel 👏👏.

Отель находится очень близко от исторического центра, персонал дружелюбный (ровно до того, как возникнут какие-либо проблемы), завтрак на приятной терассе, но в соседнем отеле, с хорошим видом на море. Цены приемлеые. И молодой человек, который нас заселял, действительно милый. На этом плюсы заканчиваются, а дальше начинаются только МИНУСЫ. 4 звездами тут даже не пахнет, от силы 2. А уровень сервиса – минус 4 звезды. 1) Из номера пропали вещи. Вещи возвращены не были, компенсации не было, зато было много хамства, угроз и оскорблений от персонала в мой адрес. В последний день уборщики выкинули мои вещи, взяв их из тумбочки, которая стоит рядом с мусорным ведром. К сожалению, ее не смутило, что пакет с вещами не мусорный, что пакет стоит в тумбочке рядом с мусорным ведром, а не в ведре. Не смутило наличие в пакете множества нужных мне лекарств, наушников, некоторых предметов гардероба, а также ключей от квартиры! Проблема отсутствия была замечена поздно вечером, когда мы вернулись после прогулки. В пакете были важные для меня таблетки. Персонал с reception предложил мне вместо них парацетомол (который никак мне не мог помочь), на этом его услужливость закончилась! После этого он сказал, что его смена до 11 вечера и ушел. Наплевав на все мои проблемы. Дополнительно сообщив, что в нашем номере вообще никто не выкидывал мусор, они якобы созвонились с уборщицей и она сказала, что не убирала и даже не заходила. А мусор, видимо испарился! Ей они верят, а мне нет. Ищи лучше, чао! Потрясающая работа персонала, не правда ли? К счастью или несчастью, отель, видимо, имеет общего собственника и управляющего с другим отелем, где нам подавали завтрак. Как минимум персонал там один и тот же, поэтому проблему пришлось идти решать в соседний отель. Там, казалось, молодой человек был более услужливый и клятвенно мне обещал, что мне всё вернут, всё компенсируют и помогут. Но уже после того, как я уеду. А двери от квартиры я должна вскрыть профессионалами (поскольку ключи от моей квартиры были выкинуты), как в дальнейшем писал мне управляющий – «это же всего 2долларов, у вас что нет 20 долларов?». Всё их участие состояло в том, что 1) мне велели успокоиться (это ведь так просто быть спокойной, понимая, что когда приедешь домой, попасть туда не получится!), 2) просмотрели со мной камеры , где видно, что уборщик выносит из номера мой пакет с вещами!! А ведь ранее говорили, что к нам никто даже не заходил! Но теперь их версия изменилась. Теперь версия персонала состояла в том, что они взяли мой пакет с вещами прямо из мусорки. Они не могут мне ничего компенсировать, потому что надо расследовать это дело! Что расследовать? Загадка! Но добиться мне ничего не удалось, мы обменялись месенджерами и меня убедили ждать решения проблемы на следующий же день в 8 утра. На следующий день я вернулась в свой город. В мессенджере я получила только очередное сообщение с просьбой успокоиться и сообщение о том, что моим вопросом занимаются и напишут на следующий день (опять на сл

This hotel truly is amazing in all aspects, The welcoming and a very friendly hospitality we receive from management especially Kayhan, Salih and staff is so much appreciated. Each of these wonderful hosts go above and beyond to meet our expectations and whether we wanted to do extra excursions or nice walks, everything was perfect with the help of their planning and guidance. Rooms are nice, comfortable bed, and cleaned everyday, bathroom and shower ideal condition. All the major historical sites are nearby (The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace with its marvellous architectures and museums) Thanks Seatabul team

Close proximity to the airport Sabiha. But at the exit from the airport building poorly organized signs with the direction of the way to the hotel. While I was looking for the way to the hotel I made several unnecessary circles. In addition, You have to take two elevators to the fourth floor. Spacious clean room with stylish design. On arrival, it was sweltering hot in the room with the temperature 26,5 °C. Windows don't open. The air conditioner failed to adjust to a cool temperature. At most I managed to get the temperature down to 25.5 °C. In doing so, the conditioner made a lot of noise. This negative moment spoiled the impression, as it did not let me sleep well. Perhaps this problem (Malfunction of the air conditioning system) was only in my room. One more advantage - 24 hours room service. Convenient, in case of a late arrival. Overall, it was a pleasant experience also thanks to helpful friendly staff.
