Overall, my experience was fantastic, thanks to the friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, and satisfying breakfast offerings at the Grand Lark Hotel.

The staff were concerned and lazy. The solution was focused. We stayed three days and they made us feel at our home. The booking process was quick. The process was managed quite professionally until they arrived at the hotel and passed into our room. Our room was clean and there was true housekeeping staff waiting to help when we needed. I have stayed in several hotels in the city. And I always look for low budget hotels because I only sleep there and then leave. And so far it has always been worse than you think. But with this hotel I was more than satisfied with the condition of the hotel itself. It is further away from the center, but you can easily get to everything by metro or taxi anyway. It is a 20-minute walk to the next metro station. As the manager of the hotel told me and showed me with photos on his cell phone, the hotel was only inaugurated a few months ago. So it is very new. As far as I remember, it opened in early 2023. The interior is really nice and modern. The prices are really beautiful. I only paid €150 for 6 nights. I was alone by the way. There is not really anything going on there, people come, sleep, eat and go, so it is very quiet. The surroundings are also quieter than in the center. There is a mosque nearby, but the walls are so well sealed that I was not woken up by the call to prayer in the morning. The view from my window was just beautiful! I was on the 4th floor. You could see the skyline really well. There was a 24-hour reception👍 And the staff were nice too, I even had a long chat with one of the staff and the manager. The place was tidied every day and it was nice and clean. Best low budget hotel so far👍👍

I have stayed here many times, but this time I was not satisfied at all. In the room, hair belonging to an old woman was scattered everywhere. The cleaning was unsuccessful. There was a hot water problem, the water was getting extremely cold and hot while taking a shower and washing dishes. I am not normally a person who chooses pillows, I can sleep with all pillows, regardless of whether they are hard, soft, high or low. The room is stuffed to the brim with a pillow large enough to bend your head at an exaggerated 45 degree angle. I preferred to sleep without a pillow.

I had jacuzzi problems every time I stayed in the last three rooms, but I never used them. The last time, the jacuzzi stayed not, the same salary was paid again. They could download the standard charge this time, but we wanted it to be done the next day. I was kicked out and called out from outside and even received his confirmation. Otherwise, another room block was done. We returned to the hotel and we saw the jacuzzi still not sticking. And there is no other room. Price performance is terrible. He did not meet any expectations. The only good thing is the worker. But job tracking and job finishing is zero. Review your technical team.

All the staff are most helpful and friendly. The rooms are very modern and the location is very good for all you want to do in the Old Town. Restaurant has some great meals and the breakfast buffet was terrific and extensive. The views are fantastic there too! A slight problem we had was sorted out professionally and promptly. We were most impressed with this hotel and highly recommend it.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast
