Hotel simples, mais com boa recepção. Atendimento adequado, facilidade nas confirmações da reserva. Faltou talvez uma lista de lugares próximos para uma refeição ou perdidos no quarto. Rede wi-fi muito instável.

Reserva foi solicitada com cama de casal, nos Colocaram em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. Reclamamos a recepção disse que nós dariam um UP grade, trocamos de quarto e o quanto ficava com vista para a avenida e possuía uma cama de casal, e 2 camas de solteiro. A acústica do hotel é péssima, tudo que acontece do lado de fora na avenida se escuta muito forte. O Chuveiro não aquece bem, foi um pouco difícil conseguir ajustar a temperatura da água até que ficasse agradável para um banho.
A teve só tem canais abertos, tem um secador no banheiro, é bem fraquinho mas seca. Nos mais foi isso, uma hospedagem não muito agradável, mas quem procura um hotel só pra dormir, até dá. Mas se ficar de frente pra avenida pode esquecer.

O atendimento na recepção foi fantástico. Devido a uma emergência tive de procurar um hotel e por uma pesquisa rápida vi que estava próximo do ITAJAÍ EXPRESS. Chegando lá fui prontamente atendido pela Silmara, o qual providenciou tudo pra mim em menos de 10 minutos. Pois estava a trabalho ali perto e não dispunha de tempo, pois eu nem deveria me ausentar. Quando retornei já estava tudo resolvido. O quarto era ótimo, tudo muito limpo. Toalhas e roupas de cama impecáveis. O café da manhã foi revigorante. Portanto... Foi uma ótima experiência. Nas próximas estadias será com certeza no ITAJAÍ EXPRESS. Agradeço a toda a equipe que me atendeu.

Excelente! Ficamos por 2 dias no hotel. O hotel é bem localizado, de fácil acesso por Uber. São ótimas as instalações, o café da manhã é muito farto. No quarto, a cama é excelente, ar condicionado bom, tudo muito limpo e serviço de quarto excelente. Recomendo muito.
