Muy mala experiencia que pase en el azul ..las habitaciones ni las instalaciones están hechas para ir con la familia ...cualquier cosa que quieras hacer en familia no se puede por qué te dicen que las áreas son para adultos ....y si quieres hacer alguna actividad, te mandan a la otra sucursal por qué ellos no la tienen ....y el personal no se presta a qué la pases bien ...algunos son groseros ...y otros te dicen que ya ni hay o esconden las cosas y si pides algo del bar te dan lo más corriente que tienen...las buenas bebidas las tienen escondidas y si no te das cuenta que las tienen no te las ofrecen ...y cuando te das cuenta que las tienen ...se la sacan diciendo ....pues es que no me pide .....pues uno como va a saber que las tienen ...y los de animación muy soberbios no se prestan a nada ...no hacen animación ni salen de su local y si les pides algo te dicen ...no se puede ... La verdad el hotel está muy lujoso pero no vale lo que pagas ...

Es un hotel muy amplio y de lujo si así se pudiera decir, la atención del personal es muy buena y la del área de piscina más, el único pero que me pongo es que los buffet abiertos a todo el público la comida es decepcionante y fea, no así en los restaurantes de especialidades que son muy buenos, la playa y albercas hermosas y la vista espectacular.

As usual there are a number of staff that do not speak English and do not even try. The rest of the staff are 5 star.
If there is a billing problem no one knows who is in charge and run for cover. The front office staff cannot come to a solution that is fair to all.

Great experience but the pool bar was very slow. No real urgency to serve drinks and bar tenders spent a lot of time in the back while the customers piled up waiting. Otherwise the room was nice the bed could be better ;)
