This is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Turkey. The room facilities are outdated, the antique carpets have an unpleasant smell, and the mattresses are sagging. Breakfast only has bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, and tea is also rationed. I am so disappointed and hope not to do it again. Someone was fooled

The room is still clean, but the facilities are old, there are no toiletries, no water cups, and no electric kettle, which is not very convenient.

***et is satisfactory in terms of location. If you are on a business trip etc. If you are looking for a place to visit, you are in the right place. It was below my expectations in terms of facilities/service. There was a service that did not suit the location/star/standing of the hotel. If I talk about breakfast, do not choose it because it is included. I'm sure you can make something better and more affordable out there. Not to mention the fact that they bring tea.

性價比不高,酒店老舊,燈光灰暗,前台服務冷淡,沒有半點服務意識,房間環境不好,設施很陳舊,不推薦入住,早餐也很敷衍。

My stay was comfortable. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on this trip. Close proximity to central areas is an excellent, very close to businesses and entertainment areas. I enjoyed every minute i stayed at this hotel. I got the cleanest and quietest room. Cleaning crew changed everything every day. I highly recommend to other people as well. Thank you.

Scandalous dirty. Servicemen try to seem being helpful, but they don't. We asked about iron, and got an answer that we could get it out of the hotel. When I opened a fridge I was shocked, it seems ithad a wash a half year ago. On the third day of stay we asked to make up the room. When we came back, only towels were changed... In fact we thought they were changed, but they were not! The dirtiest big towel was removed, the second one was left (so we had just 1 towel for 2),and when we used it we found staines at the same place. The non-smoking room stinks of tobacco, bathroom walls are covered with mold. Firstly we thought that maybe the hotel didn't have money to renovate it, but the situation with the fridge and towels show that there is no wish to service well.

I have stayed here three times and I highly recommend it. Like every place in pandemic-era Turkey, I can see the economy is taking a big toll. While you won’t find little shampoos in the shower or coffee packets with an electric kettle, this place is well worth the stay. First, the service has been excellent during each stay. If I need water or coffee, they happily bring it to me. If I need help to arrange a ride or a purchase or something, they always help. The lobby, dining area, and rooms are spacious and tasteful. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the sea and an easy walk to museums and piers. Why the room is so cheap, I have no idea.

The rooms are not clean and there is nothing that should be in a room. Breakfast is already a fiasco in itself.

It is a family hotel that we have been going to for years, has helpful staff, is located close to everywhere in the center, and does not bore people. It is a very affordable hotel.

He was very bad at cleaning. It is obvious that the rooms are not taken care of either. The air conditioner and refrigerator are not working, the refrigerator is empty, not even slippers were put in the room. While one of the officials is very nice and friendly, the other one does not look at his face and there is no institutional development. I would say one good aspect of the hotel is the room location. Within walking distance to places such as the beach, metro, tram station, Basmane station.

The hotel is in a very central location, it was very close to the congress I attended, so its location is good, very close to the metro and city bus connections. The furniture in the room is very old, the rooms smell of cigarette smoke, I couldn't stop the smell in the first room given to me, I asked, they changed the room, there was a half curtain in that room, covering half of the window. I go to Izmir frequently for business reasons. Most of the hotels in that area at least have a kettle in the room and you can make and drink tea and coffee while sitting in your room. There was no such facility in this hotel, the minibar was completely empty. There was no cold drink option, not even water. I had to go out and get water from outside. But the employees were interested and were trying to solve the problems you conveyed.
