Wir sind schockiert die tolleten waren nicht sauber und duschen waren verfallen man kann nicht richtig duschen die Fuß tepiche war dreckig,  ￼man konnte nicht mit dem Fuß rumlaufen, die Fenster konnte man nicht verriegeln,  Man hatte Angst zum schlafen, erste OG

We are shocked, the toilets were not clean and the showers were run down, you couldn't shower properly, the floor mats were dirty, you couldn't walk around with your feet, you couldn't lock the windows, you were afraid to sleep, the first floor

The hotel has nothing to do with the picture on the site. The service, cleanliness is terrible, the maintenance is non-existent, it is the most disgraceful hotel I have ever stayed in and the trip managers should take a look at this disgrace.
