Unfortunately, everything was mediocre except the lady Gamze who prepared the breakfast... We made the reservation by phone. Without seeing or researching. Since we stayed for 2 nights, I didn't care much. Meanwhile, the door to room 104 is locked. I wonder if it will be the same after 2 months.

A hotel I found by chance. I found the family-run hotel very clean and reliable. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, the employees are always smiling. A sweet boutique hotel, the breakfast is on the terrace, the view is beautiful, the people are warm and helpful. By the way, while I was looking for a hotel, I researched it and this is a boutique hotel that only has breakfast and its price performance is better than others.

We stayed with my wife, the price including breakfast was good for the region. Being a family business, it is reassuring, cleanliness, breakfast, reception, everyone is friendly, I can't say anything since parking is a general problem in Karşıyaka.

We wanted the hotel room to be a non-smoking room, it smelled very bad of cigarettes. The rooms are very narrow. There is a smell in the bathroom at night. Cleaning sucks. Breakfast is mediocre. On the last day, when the employee saw that I was having difficulty carrying my suitcase, he did not help, on the contrary, he said "I think your suitcase is heavy" as if mocking me, laughed and watched. Their employees behave very rudely. I definitely do not recommend
