I gave up a B&B run by someone from somewhere in China and walked 3 kilometers here. It is very close to Kansai Rinku Airport. There is a small bar with light music playing all the time, but you can't hear it in the room rate. It is not noisy. There is an artistic atmosphere and the price is reasonable. The hotel can book a bus to the airport to send it to Terminal T2. There is a large shopping mall nearby with affordable prices. Only cash and local bank cards are accepted. WeChat and Alipay are not supported. There is a saying that x people don't cheat Chinese people. I deeply understand it.
