Intentamos reservar ya que teníamos un COFREVIP de WONDERBOX de "Para unos novios únicos". Al intentar hacer la reserva en el hotel, nos redirigen a un telefono directo de WONDERBOX (el cual nunca cogen el telefono) y finalmente decidimos contactar via email. El proceso de reserva via email largo y lamentable. Adjunto captura de lo que ofrecen en su web, que es 1 noche + Desayuno para 2 personas. Nos responden por email, de que no, que no puede ser ALOJAMIENTO + DESAYUNO, que solamente alojamiento. Jajajaja, pero esto que es? Vamos, una estafa en toda regla...

L'hotel est vieillissant. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais commencent à s'user. La literie est correcte mais sans plus. Les joins de la baignoire pas propres. Il manque des prises à côté du lit ainsi q'une bouilloire et cafetière. Me point positif est la taille de la chambre avec le nombre de rangement.

He estado alojado en este hotel 3 dias con mi mujer . Me gustaría agradecer el trato recibido desde las chicas de recepción en especial Ana que nos ha atendido fabulosamente hasta el chico de mantenimiento que no recuerdo su nombre por el trato recibido y por su disposición ayudar con las cosas que necesitábamos. Y agradecer sobretodo a Rocío la chica de desayunos por el trato recibido durante nuestra estancia Y sobre todo a la maitre Ana que con su templanza y saber hacer nos ha hecho sentir como en casa a mi mujer y a mí si algún día paráis en el hotel y está lo compredereis Espero volver pronto pareja habitación 110

Me hubiera gustado dar cinco estrellas, porque el hotel es fantástico, pero no lo haré, por los siguientes motivos No hay enchufe al lado de la cama La mampara de baño es rígida e incómoda de entrar La puerta del baño no se cierra, es de cristal sin cierre No hay sistema de Chromecast en TV El desayuno es fantástico
