Buen Hotel en cuento a servicio e instalaciones, pero que no te den la habitación 714, porque el ruido del ascensor no te dejar dormir hasta bien entrada la madrugada y luego ha primerisima hora de la mañana. Un horror, lo saben y la siguen dando esa habitación cuando tienen otras libres si te quejas te dicen que pueden mirar si tienen alguna libre y te cambian, casi en plan favor, como ah si, pues nadie se ha quejado, eso es poco serio.

Hotel con muy buenas instalaciones , la única pega es el servicio por parte del chico camarero de cafetería, estaba riéndose y más atento en cocina que dar un buen servicio, todo lo demás está muy bien, deberían de buscar personal más preparado

The coldest welcome I have ever experienced in any hôtel réception in my life. The only non busy man in réception was rude, curt, cold, unwelcoming and obnoxious. The nicer I got the more odious he became. What a terrible first impression and for absolutely no reason. It must take considerable energy and focus to be so obnoxious. At the end of our tense rendez-vous I even said thanks for the warm welcome to which he grunted. Needs à job elsewhere that doesnt involve any people contact.

Fuimos para ir a esquiar, justo enfrente del Hotel teníamos una tienda de alquiler de equipos de esquí, farmacia, un par de supermercados y facilidad de aparcar, una zona de carga y descarga en la puerta del hotel para dejar las maletas y muchas plazas libres en la calle trasera del hotel.

Es un hotel muy recomendable con un buen servicio y buena calidad , muy bien situado a dos minutos andando del ambiente de jaca . El desayuno es bastante completo sin demasiadas florituras. Como único punto en contra el baño de mi habitación era un poco pequeño pero nada que te haga una peor estadía .
