Parece ser que hay 2 hoteles el acebo, en distintas direcciones , COSA QUE NO SE VE CLARAMENTE EN LA PAGINA WEB de BOOKING. Claro, yo reservé en uno donde aparecían unas fotos de una fachada y luego me mandaron indicaciones para que me fuera al otro. Esto es publicidad engañosa. Además me metieron en una habitación interior, que yo no había reservado. MAL.

el único pero que le pondría es el ruido de la gente, del bar de abajo, pero hay que tener en cuenta que está en el centro y yo en el primer piso. Por lo demás muy bien la estancia, lugar agradable

He estado de viaje de fin de curso con un grupo de 21 escolares y la experiencia ha sido maravillosa. El trato del personal impecable, atención de 10 a una alumna con múltiples alergias ofreciéndole una comida alternativa para que pudiese estar bien. Comida de calidad, muy buena y muchos detalles que se agradecen con el profesorado. Instalaciones y habitaciones cómodas y limpias con todo lo necesario. Muy buena ubicación. Mil gracias al equipo del Hotel Acebo volveré sin dudarlo.

Comimos en el restaurante del hotel un día sin reserva, siendo 10 personas, 5 adultos y 5 niños. La atención fue inmejorable, nos facilitaron todo lo que necesitamos y fueron muy amables. La comida estaba muy buena, precio ajustado a la calidad, pero desde luego lo mejor fue la atención de los camareros. Merece la pena.

Experiencias pésimas que ha tenido mi hija en su viaje de fin de curso donde se alojaron en ese hotel. Cuenta que el trato ha sido muy desagradable, solo les hicieron las camas, no limpiaron la habitación, y tuvieron que secarse con las toallas húmedas del día anterior. La comida, era incomible, casi todos los compañeros se fueron sin comer nada, nos mandaron fotos de lo que les pusieron de comer y a parte de escasa, solo verlo era desagradable, además de la falta de higiene, al encontrarse con vasos, jarrar de agua y las bandejas donde les servían la comida sucias y muy deterioradas.
