Highly recommend this property if you want to relax and unwind from your daily life. It has a lot of fun activities to explore within good choice for families.

Poor facilities. NO shower cubicle water went everywhere on slippery marble floor. Poor facilities shower was VERY low power and maximum heat was tepid Poor service. Took away bathmat and towels. Did not replace. perticlalry bad as bathmat was needed for slippery marble floor Unhelpful when asked about esim problem and snooty with it. Also miles from centre. On Cox & Kings tour that needed very long coach trip to get to sights. Some might like to be stuck in suite needing tp phone for tuck-tuck to get to pool, restaurants etc. Large suite did not compensate for the drip like shower and lack of clean bathmat To be avoided if possible

Very beautiful property with amazingly supportive and helpful staff. The food was very good as well. The activities for kids and for elders too were quite adventurous. Had an amazing time and would love to visit again soon. Special thanks to mr. Subham & ms. Jasmine for making my kid feel comfortable while at the restaurant by engaging with him while we were having our food. Kuddos to the complete team of devi ratn for making my stay the best so far.

What a great great stay with impeccable service from your staff. All too dear and friendly. Specially Mr. Nishant the Duty Manager. Making sure all our needs are met to. The room service staff. The guest services person who was looking after our room. Even the staff during the breakfast buffet. All were very hospitable and wouldn’t let you rethink your decision even once. Hi.. Hospitality is all about people and it was proved right again. We had a very good time especially with check in, check out, meals at Chinese retaurant and the coffee shop. The Hotel is blessed with some great people and I will love to name and thank you them for amazing hospitality Like Ms. Kanika Mathur, and Nishant at Front Desk, Arun at Chinese Restaurant, Surya Yadav, Ajay at coffee shop, Aniket at Chinese, Alisha at coffee shop, subash, shubham, anmol again at coffee shop.
