The hospitality is exceptional, highly recommend staying and pleasant Haveli. Very clean and nice place to stay. Restaurant is very good and the people and friendly and helpful. Anything you need they can help you find, they also have their camel safari which I recommend as well.

Stayed here for a few nights and the rooms were clean, and the beds are comfortable. We were also given a late checkout as we had a train later in the evening. The restaurant upstairs does nice food with a good atmosphere. The food in the evening is particularly good with a wide selection.

A perfect hotel in Jaisalmer: beautiful haveli with clean and well kept rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. We could park our small campervan in front of the hotel. A nice rooftop restaurant and Prim, running the restaurant, is always in a good mood. The food is very good!

Très bel hotel, chambre très belle et bien propre, bien isolé du bruit, personnel au petit soin. Très bonne surprise que cet hotel avec un beau rooftop pour déjeuner et diner dans une ambiance feutrée avec des tarifs très compétitifs. Je recommande vivement.

The pictures are outdated and misleading. The view from rooftop restaurant is now blocked by another tall building. The lane where the hotel is is very filthy. The hotel now has another hotel named 'Pleasure Haveli' adjoining it. Although the rooms are great and the food is awesome!! Had a cold response from the chef there initially but had to tell breakfast is included after which he agreed to make what we ordered. So yes, there is a bit of premium feeling but some negatives as well..

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the fort. Friendly and efficient team. Rooms clean and spacious. Excellent restaurant with a view of the fort and sunset in the evening. Free pickup from train station. Great sunset trip into the desert.

Excellent séjour a Pleasant Haveli
Séjour très agréable, l’hôtel est bien situé pour pouvoir explorer Jaisalmer à pied, tout en étant légèrement a l’écart, et donc au calme.
La terrasse est très agréable le matin et le soir !

Needs some repair
Property needs some repair. Very basic. Nowhere to hang towels as towel rack broken and hanging off. No face washer. No hand towel. The view is not what is advertised as there are buildings obstructing the view of the fort. Don't book for the view. If you want a good view of fort go to Lal Garh a 2 minute walk away that has a roof top restaurant. Food was good. Laundry service good. Otherwise comfortable stay once the heater was working (had to ask 3 times). Hot water unreliable.
