The area around the hotel is almost deserted, and shopping is not very convenient. But the service is still good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that is open until eleven o'clock in the evening. The room is clean, but it is very inconvenient without a car.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night. We were impressed by the facilities but unfortunately very disappointed because we forgot an item and the staff told us they could not find it, which was not true.

Well trained excellent staff. Hygienic and Tasty food. They keep updating the menu of buffet. Stayed for more than 40 days(cumulative for 3 visit) . This hotel hasn't disappointed. Cleaning staff very polite and best in their Job( special mention ajay kumar). Laundry manager is superb. Reception desk is always helpfull and ever smiling. Cleanliness inside and outside room exceptional. Corporate manager Nikhil always customer oriented.

Great stay, awesome staff.
Overall great facility! The staff is excellent and accommodating, allowing us last minute to change the dates of our stay and our room from a double twin to a king. The breakfast had many choices and all were really good. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Hot water was always readily available. The only downside was that weddings were hosted in the evening and music blasted until 1-2 am. We would recommend it.

Golden Tulip is a modern, clean hotel with well sized rooms, comfy beds and lovely bathroom amenities. The best part about the hotel is definitely their excellent staff, who are polite, attentive and service oriented. The hotel has an onsite restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast and buffet dinner in addition to a la carte menu. The restaurant service is excellent - guests are personally looked after and staff are courteous. A good variety of food options are available at breakfast. The location is not central, so commute time must be factored in if one has things to do in Jalandhar town. Overall, good value for money and service quality!

The service was perfect, the food was so tasty, environment was condusive me and ny friends had a birthday celebration the stuff was so sweet and supportive....really like the service and care of Balvinder Kaur...really enjoyed the experience here
