What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel ! 5-star service from the hotel owner to the Mgr Prasanta, Mr. Zakil and the Housekeeping staff. Professional and gracious hospitality team. Comfortable room, hot water available 24/ 7, water pressure's good, wifi's reasonably fast, food's good. Just replace the tap washers; and it'd be a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely visit ! :)

He is not able to clean the room & bathroom in the hotel for as long as he can. He is not even able to change the bedsheet, room service is very useless. The price of 6 water bottles is rs 230. The receptionist is sleeping on the sofa till 8 am in the morning. Worst hotel experience til

The main problem was that they close the door at 11;00pm and open it 8;00AM .. u can't go out of hotel if you need something to buy after 11 pm in the night..

Don’t change towels and bed-sheets daily. The bathroom was worst not a single tap/shower was working properly. Stay 3 nights and every morning i complained but no response. The first hotel in my life where the main door was closed at 11 pm and opened after 6:30 am. The receptionist was sleeping on the reception sofa till 8:30 am, with no greetings even didn't wake up to collect the keys. Worst service and responsibilities of any administration.
