Bad experience with the restaurant staff. We had paid for all inclusive plus and waiters didn't even bother to bring us water to the table. I have a gluten-free diet and I was told that I can order gluten-free bread the day before at the reception. So I arranged for bread at the reception and when I asked the staff at the restaurant the next day for bread according to the order, no one bothered to deliver it despite repeated urges. In the end I had to solve the situation through the reception. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, the rooms are nice. The food was ok, I missed a larger selection of fruit, which was sometimes rotten. Very often glasses and cups for coffee were missing.

This was a last minute deal ( we booked it a week before we arrived at the hotel) . The reception was efficient and the staff friendly. Our room was cleaned every day with clean towels and the balcony was huge . The food although pretty much the same was alternated and was very tasty . The fish was exceptional , although the food was lukewarm there was a microwave to heat it up . The staff on hand at meal times were very helpful and the people serving the food delivered it with a smile . There was a warm pool and a cold pool we chose the cold pool not half as many children lol . The animation team worked very hard to please the children . If you have children this is the hotel for you , if like us you are old lol and don't mind kids it's well worth a stay , we really enjoyed this hotel and because it was in November there wasn't a lot of children . We have a policy of not going to the same resort twice so we wouldn't come again . While we was there my wife's chain broke and she lost her pendant. This is a long shot but I have put pics of the matching earrings on here , if anyone found the pendant please could they let me know the pendant has emotional tie's .

Simplement une horreur dans tout les sens du terme. Je ne sais pas par où commencé! Les yeux brûler par le chlore voir photo, tout les deux à trois jour chlore choc en quantité astronomique!! Attention à vos enfants j'ai eu les yeux brûler pour deux jours mais aparement c'est normale de déversée autant de produit au même endroit à l'ouverture de la piscine. Cantine hiper bruyante nouriture surgelés. Spectacle du soir impossible de rester tellement les animatrices espagnoles monte le son à plus de 96 décibel et pourtant à plusieur reprise nous leurs avons dit mais rien à faire elles n'écoutes rien et surtout pas les touristes français. Du coup vous aller vous réfugiés dans votre chambre qui est pourtant très éloigné mais la encore vous entendez les grandes gueulers espagnole de cette fichu animatrice appeler Irénée jusqu'à 23h. Franchement j'avais hâte de finir mon séjour dans cette hôtel et pourtant il y a 4 ans c'était génial. Comme quoi les animateurs sont très important dans un hôtel ou il ni a pas grand chose à faire autour. Pour ce qui me concerne il ne me verront plu tant que les avis ne remonteront pas.

Nous sommes partis à 2 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé. Les bons côté de l’hôtel : - Personnel à l’accueil très accueillant - Chambre suite magnifique, nous avions la chambre 506 magnifique vue. Très grand espace dans la chambre. Salle de bains immense avec douche et grande baignoire - la piscine chauffée était top - le spa très bien avec un accueil pour les enfants de 10h à 11h30 - les plages à proximité sont magnifiques - magasins à quelques mètres (prévoyez peut être une voiture ou un taxi) Les moins bon côté : - le français n’est pas beaucoup parlé ni l’allemand. C’est essentiellement de l’anglais - le temps d attente pour avoir a boire il faut compter des fois 30 min. En moyenne vous en avez pour 15-20 min je pense que c’est un manque d’organisation - le buffet dans l’espace « Mimosa » tout le temps la même chose (le midi vous avez pizza, pâte, riz, frite, blanc de poulet quelques légumes vert) idem pour les dessert. Pendant 7 jours il y avait tout le temps la même chose Petits conseils : - prenez le all inclusive plus qui vous permets de boire tout les alcools (spritz, gin tonic, whisky… même le coca est servi d’une petite bouteille et non pas du style mc do) et vous avez accès au restaurant « toscana » le matin et le soir avec de vraies repas 😉

Great pool and gym. Comfy beds, rooms kept clean. Food was lovely, fussy kids might find it tricky. Mine ate pizza, pasta and chips all week. Entertainment was OK. I'd definitely go back, but the manager is appalling if you have an issue. We had a door on one of our rooms that anyone could access and he said my partner was a liar. He refused to come see it so we took a video to show him and he then said he was phoning the police for breaking into our own room! Thr maintenance manager was very understanding and shocked by the door, it took him around an hour to fix and did it without any issue. The anxiety at the thought of police turning up made me ill as we are in a different country and ruined the first 2 days. We were there with our 2 kids and my mum to celebrate her 70th Birthday but this put a dampener on it.

Venu il y a déjà 2 ans. Équipe différente, sensation que les Français ne sont pas « mélanger » avec les espagnols, aucune venue des animateurs espagnols envers nous mise à par Isabelle (merci à elle d'ailleurs car c’était bien la seule 👏). En revanche, (Irenee il me semble) je ne comprend pas son rôle d’animatrice : demande aux animateurs français de ne pas faire jouer la petite car elle connaît trop de bonne réponse et étais présente la semaine précédente, donc elle n’a pas eu le droit de participer (chose évidement que la petite n’a pas fait, nous lui avons dit de continuer à participer, les animateurs avait seulement à diversifier l’animation), ne veut pas faire rentrer la petite à la mini disco car elle n’a plus l’âge (elle a 9 ans, autorisée jusqu’à 12 ans. Nous avons été obliger de demander à une autre animatrice de la faire rentrer…..). L’équipe d’animation française, ils ne pouvaient pas faire mieux ! Ils ont été au top, ils prennent le temps de discuter avec nous, c’était vraiment génial. Niveau bar, beaucoup de monde, le bar extérieur étais fermer, mais dès leur ouverture, ils ont fermer le soir, dommage. Le restaurant vraiment super, pas mal de choix, mais très bruyant. Les chambres sont super, nous avons juste rencontrer un soucis avec le gel douche/shampooing qui n’a pas été rempli, malgré le fait d’avoir retirer les bouteilles de leur endroit et les avoir mis sur le lavabo. Un peu plus d’animation la journée aurai été super, ainsi que le soir car c’est la même chose que les semaines précédentes

I will start with the positive the entertainment team are great, especially Isabelle, who always had a smile and was fantastic with both the children and adults, the oclub who are for the french guests but also entertain during the daytime and evening are also top. Not enough activities during the day. Iréné who was a member the spanish entertainment team is not at the same level as the others. We stayed 10 days in total. We attended the music quiz night twice. The second time, Irène said that my daughter was not allowed to participate as we had been there the week before. I obviously refused as it is very complicated to explain to a child that they are not allowed to participate in a game that all the other children participate. She was very annoyed and asked a member of the o club to stop us playing... The following day my daughter wanted to play with the other children at the barcy club as she had done frequently during our stay. Irène refused my daughter saying that the age limit was 8 years old when in fact it is up to 12. I don't know what her problem was but this attitude is not acceptable. Also beware of your ears when she gets hold of the microphone, she shrieks into the microphone. Other comments, not enough staff for the drinks service at the bars, the queues were never ending all through the evening. The food was good. On the website the hotel says that they have a water park, however we only had use of it for the first 4 days as it shut down for repair work for a month. I don't think this is acceptable, the prices are increased for this extra facility for the children 🤔 and then it isn't avaible for the full duration of our stay. Snack bar closed, maintenance work throughout the hotel during our stay, strong paint smells, pneumatic drill noise etc etc. Becareful if you use the mini-golf there is metal bars that are dangerous. This is the 4th we have been to this hotel but I thinknit may be the last. Apart from that thank you to all the other members of the entertainment team and the o club.

Het hotel zelf is verouderd. Zo ontbreken er veel tegels in het zwembad, is er schade aan de badkuip in een van de kamers en zijn er veel kapotte tegels te vinden in het straatwerk en op de (vele) trappen. De kamers zijn gehorig, het lijkt wel alsof je iedere stoel die verschoven wordt in het hotel kan horen. Het eten is redelijk. Je kan het hotel niet kwalijk nemen dat er zoveel mensen tegelijk willen eten. Doordat er zulke enorme hoeveelheden tegelijk gemaakt moeten worden, blijven er soms gerechten veel te lang onder de warmtelampen staan, wat de kwaliteit niet ten goede komt. Echter, als je op een rustig moment in het restaurant komt, proef je dat de koks wel degelijk kennis van zaken en goede producenten hebben. Drinken is overdag goed te verkrijgen. Je kunt jezelf bedienen in de bar bij het zwembad, en bediend worden in een van de de andere barren. Hierdoor hoef je niet te wachten als je iets te drinken wilt. ‘s avonds is dat helaas een ander verhaal. Er staan twee barkeepers op alle gasten (met bijna 500 kamers toch zeker 1000 personen) waardoor er zeer lange rijen ontstaan. Dit is uiteraard simpel op te lossen door meer barren te openen. Het is ten slotte vreemd dat je meer dan een half uur moet wachten tot je (ook maar drie per persoon) je drankjes mag bestellen waar je al voor betaald hebt. Voor de kinderen was deze vakantie fantastisch. Een verwarmd zwembad, enthousiaste animatie en als klap op de vuurpijl het waterpark met de prachtige glijbanen! Doordat de kinderen het zou leuk hadden, accepteer je als ouder de verbeterpunten wat makkelijker. Als laatste wil ik nog even aangeven dat de show die elke avond gegeven wordt wel voor overlast kan zorgen als je aan de “verkeerde” Kant van het hotel zit. De muziek staat namelijk achterlijk hard, ook als er maar twintig mensen aanwezig zijn. Al met al, we zouden nog best een keer terug willen komen maar het zou het management sieren als ze tenminste de simpel op tennissen problemen aan zouden pakken.
