This hotel is very nice and comfortable, we enjoy staying there during our trip in Jeju👍

I - Jin hotel was generally tidy, clean, and visitor - friendly. Hotel staff especially the front desk were accommodating and helpful. I would love to commend as well its own coffee shop open from morning until nighttime and where buffet breakfast was also being served. It's handy and accessible for newcomers and not yet familiar of restaurants to - go - to. I love the food too served every breakfast and it was amazing how they tried to vary it for every other day. My only suggestion for improvement are the toothbrush set and charger adapters which you need to pay extra. I wish they could just include them in their overall service.

You can borrow iron, charger, adapter, bath robes with 10,000W deposit. Tooth brush would be charged fees so should bring your own toothbrush. The reception was kind to always help calling a taxi at any time.

It is a clean hotel. It is close to the airport and there are many shops nearby, including a movie theater and restaurants. It was a satisfactory choice for the price. If I have to book a hotel in Jeju City next time, I would like to choose this place.

The room is not big, but it is quite fast. It is a family room with two adults and one child. The two beds are just right. The child needs to pay an additional 10,000 per day.

The location is not too close to the center of New Jeju City, but fortunately, the transportation is convenient and you can get a taxi quickly. The mattress is soft, so people with bad waist should choose carefully. I always feel tired in my waist after sleeping for three days. The shower head is very strong and it is very comfortable to take a shower.

Quiet, clean and good for a business class hotel. The service mind of the male employee working the night shift is disappointing. If you want to rent a charger, do you have to look for it and say you don't have it? Should you just say it's bothersome and say you don't have it?

This is the worst hotel experience. The overall feeling is that it is dirty! ! ! I slept until midnight, and my husband was bitten by something. He was so itchy that he couldn't sleep. When he woke up the next day, he was covered in small bags. The hotel was old and they didn't even provide a toothbrush. Most small hotels even provide a toothbrush. I'm really sorry. This price! ! !

It was cleaner and better than I expected~^^ The male counter staff responded kindly. I will use it again next time.~~^^
