El hotel para tener 3 estrellas está en muy mal estado. Las habitaciones están anticuadas y descuidadas. El aspecto de baño con los baldosines pintados y muchos de ellos sin pintura da sensación de dejadez. Nos alojaron en una habitación en la que la cisterna del baño sonaba como si por allí pasara un camión. Pensando en nuestro descanso, pedimos un cambio de habitación. Nos dieron una habitación en un pasillo en el que estaba en obras, con toallas tiradas por el suelo del pasillo, el aspecto era de abandono. La habitación olía fatal, tenían una nevera desenchufada encima de donde se supone que debíamos dejar las maletas. Para colmo, en el restaurante del hotel tuvieron la música a todo volumen hasta casi las 2 de la madrugada y las ventanas del restaurante abiertas. Llamamos a la recepción para quejarnos de la música y prácticamente nos dijeron que nos aguantáramos, que la música estaría hasta la 1, pero no fue cierto estuvo así hasta casi las 2 de la madrugada. No recomiendo ir a este hotel, seguro que en Jerez de los Caballeros hay mejores sitios en los que alojarse.

Somos un grupo de 46 personas de la asociación Cigarreras de Cádiz .se mando por escrito que llevábamos una señora que Hera alérgica a varias cosas Esta señora a estado comiendo dos días a vace de tortilla que Hera lo único que le daban El último día dijo si le podían cambiar el menú y que le pusieran un filetito a la planchapuen bien le volvieron a ponerTORTILLA , Creo que se debía de tener en cuenta estos temas que son importante y además el hotel lo está cobrando .

Las habitaciones muy ruidosas, musica hasta altas horas de la noche que retumbaba, ascensor se oye la maquinaria en habitaciones cercanas. Comida mala de baja calidad, baño antiguo y malo. Alejado del centro del pueblo en los alrededores ni bares ni tiendas.
