Needs a lot of work , paint is chipping out wood is rotten, paul’s need to be painted a lot of details around the property, cables hanging behind the TV TV with fingerprints and oil marks all over.
Send inside of the rooms on the floor mirrors with more watermarks

Fotos não condizem com a realidade!!
Decepcionante a estadia no My Blue. As fotos do site, especialmente do quarto, nao condizem com o que recebemos. Os quartso sao úmidos, escuros, roupas de cama mal passadas, ( o quarto da minha amiga tinha roupa de cama aparentemente usada!), cortinas caindo, nao há cores ou quadros. Banheiros antigos. Os funcionarios sao muito educados, porem pouco treinados. Entregaram leite p minha filha no quarto no primeiro dia e no terceiro o copo sujo ainda estava na escrivaninha e nao foi recolhido nas faxinas.
Sakê servido quente e em copo de água.... piscina nao muito limpa. No café da manhã, demoraram muito pra entregar o que dependeu da cozinha.
Jeri continua linda. E a vista do café é exuberante.

Would stay again. All inclusive hotel. You really don’t have to leave for anything. The village nightlife is fun. On the beach, great included breakfast. Good restaurant & pools.

Muito bom!
Ficamos hospedados por 4 noites, o hotel é lindo, mas percebemos que precisa de alguns reparos, em nosso quarto as portas estavam “emperrando”. Em nosso check-in fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que acho que não tem função de ficar na recepção e estava bem “atrapalhado”, não nos deu as pulseiras, que são as chaves do quarto, nos deu informações erradas sobre o atendimento da recepção e outras informações sem sentido, quase cobrou o valor errado e arrumou após eu verificar, só depois que chegou outra funcionária que pediu para preencher uma ficha e queria cobrar novamente… 😞
Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, principalmente no café da manhã fomos sempre muito bem atendidos.

Ótima localização, hotel requer manutenção
Atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar, pouca flexibilidade em geral (forma de pagamento diária e consumo além de horário restrito late checkout), hotel com quartos “desatualizados” e acabamentos “grosseiros”, piscina com água turva e duchas/torneiras com vazamentos.
Destaque para a localização (apesar do barulho de balada próxima) e atendimento no café da manhã/restaurante.

Péssima experiência
Quarto mal iluminado, com instalações precárias, chuveiro não esquentava ( depois mudaram de quarto), secador funcionava por um período curto de tempo e parava! Muitas moscas, café da manhã com poucas opções! Funcionários da praia solícitos! Piscina com muito cloro e falta de manutenção! Precisa passar por uma boa reforma para fazer jus ao valor cobrado.
