I found the place cold and impersonal. The only time I saw an English speaking member of staff was on check in. I went down to reception numerous times but it was usually empty, so I was not able to find out about treatments available. The water in the shower was tepid, not warm enough for a comfortable shower: I tried it at various times. The staff serving food were friendly. Some of the food was very good but much on the buffet looked as if it had sat there all day. I left around 7 am and there was no one in sight anywhere. Maybe it livens up in summer. Despite the rain, I did go on some beautiful walks. The water was to die for: when I did wash my hair, despite the luke warm water, it felt the softest I can remember it. The room was clean and comfortable. If it had been warmer, I would have enjoyed the balcony. In the lobby, there is a coffee dispensing machine, common in Armenia. I tried for a cappuccino and got a sweet black nescafe. All in all that coffee summed up my feelings towards the resort. I left without experiencing anything that the resort had to offer apart from the room and some meals.

We rested and received treatment in this wonderful place with my husband in November 2023 for 12 days! We planned in advance and wanted to combine seeing Armenia and treatment in a sanatorium! Compared to sanatoriums in the Caucasus, prices are several times cheaper and the service is simply European! While driving to Jermuk we visited sights, monasteries, temples along the way! The beauty of Armenia impresses with its mountains, canyons, waterfalls and of course hospitality! At the reception we were greeted warmly and like family! We booked a double standard and were given a two-room suite without any additional charges! The sanatorium has beautiful architecture! I was very pleasantly surprised by the all-inclusive food at the highest level! It was as if we were in the restaurant the whole time! The chef is simply awesome!! Despite the small number of vacationers, the food was plentiful and varied! We were always treated to wine at lunch! I also liked the treatment and the mud definitely helps! The medical staff is responsive, cultured and everyone knows their job! There were no queues, there weren’t many people, we got everything done before lunch! They always took us to the drinking gallery, even if there were only two of us! There are flower beds around the sanatorium, the road to the drinking gallery is always clear, it’s very beautiful, we then just walked, they fed us deliciously so as not to gain weight, so we went!😃 there’s a beautiful waterfall within walking distance! You can admire it every day! The weather was great too! You can organize excursions from the sanatorium, which is what we did! In general, thanks to all the staff! We consider ourselves lucky that we visited you for treatment and saw Armenia! It was interesting! Safe! Beautiful! We think we'll come back again and recommend it to our friends! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!🙏👍

Всем доброго дня. Приехали мы рано утром,уже на улице нас встретили,взяли наши чемоданы,сразу предложили чай кофе. В здании хороший ремонт. Пока оформляли документы угостили завтраком. Сразу после завтрака заселили,хотя время заселения было после 14 часов. Вместо стандартного номера заселили в Люкс по цене стандарта. Персонал очень приветливый, внимательный директор. Вкусный шведский стол.Назначают много бесплатных лечебных процедур. когда с экскурсии вернулись очень поздно,не успели на ужин,были приятно удивлены,что для нас был накрыт шикарный стол. в комнате убираются каждый день. Санаторий расположен в красивейшем месте,со всех сторон окружен горами.В 25 минутах ходьбы самый высокий водопад Армении. В пяти км гейзер,более или менее физический подготовленным людям можно дойти пешком за 1,5ч. Рекомендуем. Ставим 10 баллов из 10.

This is not just a hotel it is a Sanatorium Санаторий! U come here to take some treatments to improve your health (Spa is about well being, this one is different!) The rooms we were given ( another pleasant upgrade for all 5 of us on this trip) are comfy, large and clean. Balconies and nice views ! The owner and the personnel were helpful and sympathetic. For dinner we did not stay , as we did not like the concept ( but I was told that the quests prefer it this way). The hotel could arrange you also a driver to get to geysers (it is not close to the hotel !) - we were very happy to go with Ervand. We liked our Санаторий !

Такого редкостного г…а я еще не видела… если хотите побывать в санатории советского союза, за баснословную сумму, то вам сюда… не советую!! Врут!! Качество не соответствует цене! Грязь ужасная., в комнате делают уборку для вида, пол между кроватями явно не мыли! Пол в коридорах не моют совсем и даже не пылесосят! Еда оставляет желать лучшего….

Добрый день! Не рекомендую этот санаторий. На 3й день нашего прибывания начался военный конфликт на границе, возле нашего санатория начали падать снаряды. Руководство санатория оставило нас на произвол судьбы , весь персонал уехал, а мы остались без помощи. Соседний санаторий предоставил своим постояльцам транспорт и выплатил деньги за неиспользованные дни отдыха. Нам с друзьями чудом удалось найти транспорт и уехать. По сей день санаторий не возвращает деньги, не отвечают на письма ( переписка была , но когда дело дошло до возврата нам перестали отвечать). Возлежании подобных ситуаций избегайте данное заведение.

Санаторий хороший, персонал приветливый и лечение понравилось пока все было мирно,после трех дневного пробывания ночью попали под обстрел,13 сентября 2022г. Информации никакой небыло, интернет и свет отключили. Утром небыло ни одного человека из персонала. Небыло никакого возмещения за прерваный остаток(5 дней) лечения, по сведениям из соседнего санатория мы узнали что им возместили весь ущерб и организовали эвакуацию людей,а мы были брошены на произвол судьбы.Спасибо единственному водителю автобуса находившийся при санатории и согласился отвезти оставшихся гостей в безопастный населённый пункт.

Великолепный отдых и лечение. Очень гостеприимные люди. Хорошее питание, разнообразное, вкусное, за 2 недели пости не повторялось. Процедур много, врач назначает после диагностики. Даже в августе, при полной загрузке санатория, очереди небольшие.
