Great location and hotel! Amazing views from the balcony! Brand new spa with 4 saunas. Included in reservation summer cards were a great surprise and let us explored Pitztal.
Breakfast needs to be improve not many options, specially for hot food.

Die Apartments sind sehr gross und konfortabel. Das ganze Haus wirkt neu renoviert, sauber und aufgeräumt, besonders auch der Wellness-Bereich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das italienische Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub auch den Kindern hat des gut gefallen. Was man eventuell nich verbessern kann wäre die spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder und der Pool könnte ein kleines bisschen wärmer sein. Ansonsten immer wieder gerne. Auch ein grosses lob an die Küche wirklich sehr leckere pizzen.

Das Personal in diesem Hotel war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren makellos und sehr komfortabel. Wir haben auch jeden Morgen das köstliche Frühstück genossen und waren von der günstigen Lage in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten begeistert.“

Super Service von der Rezeption bis zum Service. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit super Ausblick. Gutes Frühstück was immer nachgefüllt wurde. Frisches geschnittenes Obst, anstelle von Dosenfrüchten würde die Qualität deutlich steigern. Ansonsten alles in guter Qualität vorhanden. Das Fitnessstudio ist mit sehr hochwertig Geräten ausgestattet! Schöne Sauna-Landschaft ab 14 Jahren. Kleine Kritik: Kleinkinder in Badekleidung empfanden wir als unangenehm. Das man die Liegen in den Ruheräumen als Wippe nutzte, fanden wir noch zum schmunzeln, ist aber bestimmt nicht im Interesse des Hotels 😉

Grundsätzlich freundlich und sauber. Personalmangel oder Einsparung werden beim nicht vorhandenen Zimmerservice sowie dem zu üppigen Frühstück trotz hohem Preisniveau des Hotels zum bitteren Beigeschmack.
