It was overall a very bad experience. The hotel building actually looks great from outside, but inside it is like a below average village lodge. Rooms are ok ok. No facilities even like the tea kettle. No hot water in the bathroom for bath. Had to pursue multiple times early morning to give some hot water. The staff is not trained or professional, just some couple of local boys doing everything. Behavior not very courteous. Not flexible even for 15 minutes about breakfast timing.

Big hotel, with good rooms and decent staff. Location is very convenient as it's close to the pilani bus stand and the bits pilani campus, a good place for parents to stay when visiting their children

Hotel was clean, staff were good, cordial, location was nearby to bus stand. Food quality was good. Bar area also good except for the issue of smoking which is not preferable as passive smokers. Only problem we faced was availability of hot water for which we struggled.

It’s not reachable easily. Google maps shows a completely different location that is almost 12-13 kms from where the actual property is located. Hygiene and safety are moderate considering that the property is isolated and not easily reachable
