住過各種價位的酒店或者民宿，這家酒店不管硬件還是服務都是最差的。酒店位置荒涼，吃飯要開出去3公里以上。我們是晚上入住的，酒店周圍漆黑一片，根據導航拐進園區，想問問路，連個門衞都沒有，衹能硬着頭皮往裡開，看到個疑似大堂的地方，衹有一個有服務員和保潔在聊天。朋友房間沒有飲用水，跟前台要，還被保潔阿姨質疑了，我們4個人擺出吵架的氣勢，保潔阿姨才不情不願給拿了2瓶。。。大熱天的，多要2瓶就更別想了，要不是酒店太荒涼買不到，真是懶得費口舌。重點！房間臟極了！！住過最臟的，沒有之一！屋裡全是黑色飛蟲，被子破損且有污漬，淋浴房全是陳年水印，水果盤（空的）污漬，小桌上應該是之前客人用餐留下的痕跡，馬桶沒刷乾淨，衞生紙當抽紙。。。早餐也是一言難盡，餐品可以降低要求，但是服務和衞生總要注意一下。。。用餐區餐布上全是油污，讓服務員（穿便服推着垃圾車收拾）換一個，被告知沒空。。。很無語！#衞生

從入住就沒有人搭理，酒店門口也沒有人，像倒閉了一樣，進到前台，一共兩個人，一個前台一個保潔，全都愛答不理，到房間裏，沒有放礦泉水，向服務人員要水，先是質疑，然後很不情願的給拿了兩瓶礦泉水，還強調一個房間衹能給兩瓶，進入房間也是一股黴味，衞生也不好，另外走廊鋪着地毯也很臟的感覺，還特別不好拉箱子，早餐前一桌客人走了也不擦桌子，還是客人自己擦，餐墊也不換，早餐全稱也沒有人搭理，感覺完全被當透明人，總體的感覺真的是非常差#服務非常不滿意的服務

整個酒店裝修還不錯，房間陽台上的湖景很美。但是酒店服務員各方面感覺都像招待所，前台很散漫，進門是坐在前台裏，就漏個頭。而且整個酒店雖然裝修用料不錯，但感覺維護很差，剛進大門散路的景觀盆裁感覺沒人打理。不能理解的是酒店居然看不了電視，問前台説最近都看不了，真是搞笑了，住在房間衹能讓客人看手機，而且前台的回答沒有一點欠意，感覺理所當然！梵凈山來了也沒買上門票，白住一晚，這個景點很坑，到處是有加價的可以購票渠道，但是要當天上山早上才能確定，感覺景區故意讓本地人賺錢，不建議來這個景區遊玩，這是我見過最坑的景區！

硬件設施一流，裝修很上檔次，看得出來老闆當初是下了本去投資的，園林湖景非常優美。號稱1500年的西班牙橄欖樹。酒店邊上還有一條溪流，水很清澈，可見很多小魚。
服務方面衹能給二星，主要幾點：
1.讓前台給房間加送3瓶礦泉水，一雙拖鞋和牙刷，一個多小時沒人送，用座機打前台和房務中心，永遠沒人接聽，後來用手機打酒店前台電話，才接通，得知電話系統及電視網絡都不能用。接到我電話後，要的東西很快送到。
2.餐飲:因司機沒跟我們住同一酒店，這地方附近沒有商業服務，就選擇在酒店餐廳吃飯。晚7點到餐廳，沒人打招呼，最後應該是餐廳經理過來了，衹能點湯粉，因為廚房沒菜了，讓送啤酒，也是拖延許久。酒杯呢是一次性塑料杯.。
6.早餐：前台説7點可以用餐，到7點40分餐廳才陸續上菜，粥是燒糊的，菜品大部分是冷的。
4.天花板可見水漬，無人維護，太可惜了。
總結，硬件環境一流，服務團隊表現太差。老闆應該考慮換專業團隊管理。我付款1200元的房價，硬件是值，服務沒跟上。

環境很好，服務很差:1、訂的是兩個大床房和一個標間，前台登記入住問都不問就直接給改成了三個標間，被發現後才改過來。2、提出把一樓邊間換到其他樓層，直接説其他樓層標間住滿了，沒有了。結果第二天8點早餐發現酒店壓根沒幾個人用餐，估摸着上百個房間的酒店，你睜眼説瞎話説標間住滿了？3、近600元的房費早餐極差你差，難吃不説，數量還少 問有什麼喝的，服務員衹有開水；4、電視壞的（有圖為證），保險櫃壞的，開着蓋子放在那裡，裏面還有跟不知什麼用途的塑料桿橫在裏面，到底幹嘛用？5、鏡子的灰和沒擦乾淨的痕跡清晰可見，你們家保潔擦鏡就衹擦手夠得着的那部分；6、説護照不能登記入住，派出所的要求，又拿不出書面的規定。半夜打電話説不按“要求”去補辦手續，派出所的人馬上就要過來了。在不被理睬的情況下，前台小夥兒和保安還真坐電梯上來，在電梯口被朋友碰到了，被教育了一通才沒敢去敲門；7、看起來花了巨資的裝修，擺了個極其“顯眼”的蚊香盤在馬桶邊，生活味十足；8、整個走廊不開新風，那股子黴味勁道十足，走廊頂燈吊頂出都快腐爛了也沒人修一下。
當天晚上剛停好車，保安很得意的説有人花6.7個小目標要買酒店被老闆給拒絕，還滿心以為找了一家有實力有情懷有態度有服務的好酒店，可事實恰恰相反，沒有服務的酒店就是這樣，踩坑一踩一個準，真是白瞎了老闆的鉅額投資和梵凈山的這一方好山好水。
