極其糟糕的體驗，當天下午預訂的，拎着大堆行李到了酒店，結果前台跟我説沒房了，沒房了為什麼我能夠預訂？為什麼我預訂之後到達酒店之前平台或是店家沒有任何一方跟我説？然後處理方式不是退款賠償，是把我們推給了隔壁的一家酒店，前台接待的一位阿姨也很難溝通，房間賊拉小，整一個臟亂差，散發著黴味兒，馬桶也是壞的（順帶説一句，男朋友甚至都不敢在這個酒店裡拉粑粑，粑粑來了寧願一個勁兒地**也要憋着到外面的公共衞生間拉）可以説是住的那麼多酒店以來最最最糟糕的一次。我不能理解也不能接受，作為消費者為什麼得到的待遇是這樣的，真的很生氣，可惜當時衹是生氣，忘了拍照了👿👿
