亮點:1.打掃房間的阿姨有禮貌，幫收洗和烘乾衣服，贊。
2.餐廳煮麪的阿姨動作穩健
3.前台小年輕熱情有禮貌
4.早餐豐富，西點和蒸煮物味道好
不足：1.房間設計缺陷，沒有地方掛毛巾
2.餐廳炒菜的水平一般
3.健身房跑步機響聲太大
建議改善:
1.服務人員沒有必要在大廳進出的任何人任何時段都去問好，問你好要在關鍵的時候，比如：進餐廳吃早餐，是一天的開始，問早上好，再問幾號房，就會顯得訓練有素，但是沒有；退房入住的時候，別人需要幫助的時候專注一點；
2.年輕人熱情，但年齡稍大一點的是領班還是誰？戴眼鏡的女性，微胖，顯得比較油，從來都沒有見她問過客人一聲好，即使你進餐廳吃早飯，自己做不到，怎麼帶領下面的人？
整體來説性價比算高的，人員素質尚可，餐廳品種多，但炒菜水平和服務熱情程度有待改善
