民宿離古城很近，走兩三分鐘就到了，有專門的停車場，房間寬敞整潔，民宿服務很好，很熱情，不太好的是房間的燒水壺用的時長比較久，鐵銹比較多，前台服務員還專門幫我們燒了一壺水

環境：在古城外面，走進古城衹需要五分鐘，休息也很安靜，不吵鬧
設施：配套比較完善，房間也很大
服務：服務特別好，超級重的行李箱幫我提到五樓，第二天又幫我提下來，謝謝老闆~

這次住宿體驗可以説是乏善可陳，交通便利、離朝陽樓近且不吵鬧，是唯一的優點。問題如下：首先，晚上洗澡沒有熱水，下樓問了幾次，説是停水了，還在加熱水，等了個把小時沒等到。我問要等多久，沒想到店家直接説“那我也沒辦法啊，實在不行給你退房費！不是，我大半夜上哪去找別家住啊？春節都滿房了啊，就算臨時找能找到，但沒有熱水難道不是店家的責任嗎？怎麼能讓住客自己負責解決呢？真是令人開眼界。其次，空調是壞的，沒有熱風，下午5點多和前台反饋了問題，前台回答馬上找師傅來修，結果當天一直到晚上都沒見人，住了兩晚房間都是涼的。第三，我們住了兩天，沒有人打掃房間，我們剛入住發現床單上也有污漬（如圖）地上有垃圾沒清理乾淨。不過這些相對於上述問題已經算小事了。本來大過年不想給差評，但是出去玩這麼多年第一次遇到這麼多問題集中發生於一家酒店，我和我同伴體驗都不好，希望店家重視。
