Vicky's service is very professional and standardized, and I proactively ask questions. I feel that the training is very thorough. Staying in the middle of the night helped me proactively upgrade my room type, and I am very able to consider issues from the customer's perspective. Hygiene: The cleanliness and tidiness are as shown in the picture, even the corners are spotless. Environment: Geographical environment, quiet amidst hustle and bustle, adjacent to Jinan CBD, making it very convenient for both commuting and leisure travel. Facilities: Bathroom, wet dry separation. In terms of public security, there are one card per floor, and cards on other floors cannot be swiped. This prevents the occurrence of sending out small cards or looking for ladies, which is very good. The concierge is also serious and responsible

Holiday Inn is always a good choice around China. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The location is good for business but not that good if you pretend to visit tourist attractions in Ji'nan. Overall is a really good hotel, great service, and the breakfast quality is a plus.

Beautiful and clean room. The staff are friendly and try hard to communicate even through a translation application.

Very convenient hotel. Just 500 meter to Jinan West railway station. Good breakfast and warm welcome atmosphere.

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

Amazing Hotel! Definitely a must visit, this hotel is l super luxurious and the staff are very friendly and helpful, for foreigners this hotel is amazing there were absolutely no language problem as the staff are all fluent in English!

I will recommend this hotel to my friends because of excellent hotel breakfast and very friendly staff. Room is clean and comfortable, there is laundry room with washing machine for gust self-service free use. Breakfast food and soup choices is plenty and delicious including Chinese and western style. Hotel reception staff are friendly, they assist foreigner to grab Taxi using App and provide helpful info guides.

Nice hotel at a convenient location. Close to several tourist spots. Service is unfortunately not 5 star.
