設施老舊 床單有污漬未清理乾淨 退房不提醒 超時還要加收費用 根據知曉權酒店前台存在未告知義務 操作屬於不合理 根據《中國旅遊飯店行業規範》，改為“飯店應在前廳顯著位置明示客房價格和住宿時間結算方法，或者確認已將上述訊息用適當方式告知客人” 酒店未告知，屬於誤導消費
第一，違反了《消費者權益保護法》關於消費者知情權、選擇權以及最基本的誠實信用的規定。機構提供服務時未盡告知義務，侵害了消費者的知情權、選擇權，同時也違背了自願、平等、公平、誠實信用的原則。
第二，沒有履行相關法律關於商家使用格式條款的提請注意義務。《服務協議》屬於格式條款，格式條款中涉及消費者重大權益的條款，商家必須使用顯著方式提請消費者注意。協議中有“扣除15%的綜合服務費”的條款，屬於涉及消費者重大利益的事項，而機構衹字未提，明顯違法。
總體來説很差 體驗很差 總之未告知就收費這點不合理 不合規不合法 請儘快解決
