前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，態度好。客房打掃的乾淨衞生，無異味。床上用品及毛巾浴巾乾淨衞生。24小時熱水好。有冷暖空調。有電梯。有自己的停車場（免費）。交通方便。購物方便。吃飯方便。

優點是家庭房，很大，缺點是，但是12月底感覺很冷，熱水水流也小，開了一個多小時空調時候好一些了，充電口真的很少，不方便
