The lobby felt a bit desolate once I entered it, there weren't many service staff, and I don't know if it was a problem with the heating system, the first floor was a bit cold, and so was the restaurant, but everything else was OK

房間還不錯，但是樓道燈光太暗！而且，入住當天有很多和尚入住酒店，讓我們很疑惑，涉外酒店怎麼與宗教聯繫起來了？而且，我們入住當晚，酒店為了接待和尚，客人常用的餐廳關閉，讓我們倆人去一個大包間，半天也找不到一個服務員。

可能淡季，前台給做了房型升級。房間很大，衞生不錯，客房服務也很好，給孩子要雙拖鞋，很快就送到了。酒店設施雖然用了十多年，但總體不錯，乾淨整潔，再去錦州，還會選在這裏！
