During a busy journey, encountering such a hotel is undoubtedly the most warm and beautiful episode in the journey. From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you are deeply attracted by its elegant yet warm atmosphere. The front desk staff A Fei's smile was like a spring breeze blowing on his face, professional and enthusiastic, which made me feel the warmth of home instantly. During the entire stay, A Fei took great care of our family. Although the stay was relatively short this time, the elderly and children were very satisfied with the hotel's services and facilities. A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

The breakfast was fine. Location is great, 15 minutes walk to the park entrance. It’s not bad for its price, but cleanliness and services could be improved. The hotel room was really dirty, drops on the floor in the toilet, awful carpet, streaks and stains everywhere on the furniture and on the sink. Also, the hot springs are not working, never saw anyone there and didn’t want to try myself because of the appearance of the water. Despite the information here, there is no laundry service.

They also helped us book transport back to the railway station. The room was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing lacking for us was air conditioning. I hope the hotel can have spare pillows, instead of being told that the king-size bed room comes with two pillows when the guests need them. On the contrary, the fat and lean meat in the pot was more tender, so everyone should avoid this beef. 4. The breakfast is too simple. I understand that the store is not a professional breakfast, but the location is inconvenient, so they can only make some simple meals. It is recommended to add an egg, and I think most people will be satisfied. Finally, regarding meals, there is a supermarket nearby the B&B. Remember, the Sichuan cuisine is on the left side of the supermarket. Their meals are pretty good, and they also have breakfast for your reference!

The good hotel during the trip was really a surprise. I chose this B&B blindly. The room facilities and hygiene were good. There was floor heating and I could take a hot shower with peace of mind. The only drawback might be that the sound insulation was a little bit poor. When we arrived at the door, a corgi came to lead the way. It was super cute.
