Hotel was really nice but the room was in a separate part of hotel from car park but they helped us with parking and luggage, so if infirm you should think about this as quite a few steps although the staff are very helpful. We had dinner at a restaurant La Maisonetta recommended by receptionist which was very good. Didn’t eat breakfast.

We arrived a fee hours early and the staff helped us unlosd our car. The patking is offsite, about a 5 minute walk in a secured area.
One the car was parked, our luggage was secured until our room was ready. We did not have to carry our luggage, they brought it to pur room.
This is very posh, with great service. It conveniently located in the heart of Chateauneuf du Pape. Along with recommendations from the hotel, we experienced an outstanding wine tasting experience.

This is a newly renovated and truly beautiful hotel. There is not a blemish in any of the renovation work, the finishes are beautiful, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. It also has excellent showers, air conditioning, et cetera. Most importantly, the stuff is clearly aware they are managing important asset and are wonderful, more than meeting the expectations set by the hotel. My constructive criticism would lie outside the hotel- the town is beautiful but is significantly limited in terms of restaurant options; the menu of the comptoir bistro is exceedingly narrow to accommodate the different types of patrons that would like to enjoy la mere and chateauneuf du pape. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful stay.

Ein kleines Hotel, das mit sehr viel Liebe zum letzten Detail äußerst geschmackvoll, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Besonders freundlicher, sehr individueller Service. Nach einem großartigen Abendessen im hauseigenen Sternerestaurant mit köstlichen Weinen von eigenen Gütern haben wir ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Es war einfach toll! Selbst das vollgepackte Auto war war auf dem privaten, abgeschlossenen Parkplatz gut aufgehoben. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier - auf der Durchreise. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Het hotel is gerenoveerd maar de prijs van meer dan 200 € per nacht is niet verhouding tot het comfort. Er is geen receptionist na 22:00. Er was een probleem van een alarmsignaal in de kamer en ik heb naar 2 telefoonnummers gebeld maar niemand nam op. Voor een hotel van die prijsklasse mag je een receptie verwachten 24/24. De badkamer oogt mooi maar het toilet zit gekneld tussen een veel te groot lavabomeubel en de muur. De architect heeft looks op praktisch comfort laten voorgaan.

Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Komplexen und die Rezeption ist meistens nur an einem Ort besetzt. Es sind nur ca. 100 Meter den Berg rauf, also schnell und leicht zu finden. Der Parkplatz ist sehr versteckt, aber die Rezeption erklärt einen den Weg sehr ausführlich. Es gibt keinen Aufzug und das Treppenhaus ist sehr klein und urig. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr modern. Besonders die Betten sind super bequem! Das Frühstück für 22€ pro Person ist von hoher Qualität mit regionalen Produkten. Das schöne ist, dass man bedient wird und entweder drinnen oder draußen auf der schönen Terrasse sitzen kann. Der Spa Bereich ist ruhig und eine Oase zum Entspannen.
