Very friendly, professional staff and good advisors.
The only problem on show evenings is that there is no space in the parking lot because of spectators from the next room who come to park.
Establishment which is not new but very clean and maintained inside.

Week-end de 2 jours.
Séjour d'un week-end. Le bâtiment de l'extérieur est à rénover. L'intérieur est propre la chambre est propre le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner convenable et bon il y'a quand même du choix. Après pour un Mercure 4 étoiles ya pas mal de rénovation à faire sinon rien a dire le Séjour était top le réceptionnaire de nuit est très sympa. Le personnel est au petit soin , la dame du restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner au top .
La piscine le bain à remous un plus qui nous a fait kiffer.

Literies à changer !
Un hotel situé dans une zone commerciale au Sud de Tours. Pratique pour rayonner, une piscine plutôt agréable mais vite bondée avec les cours pour des abonnés.
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans 3 chambres différentes, les 2ères avec des literies plus que fatiguées. La 1ère nuit, un mal de dos exécrable m'a fait sortir du lit vers 4h du matin, et une fois dans le hall, la personne à l'accueil m'a dit de patienter en attendant la responsable de l'hôtel. Arrivée à 7h, celle-ci m'a d'abord ignoré et m'a simplement proposé quand je suis allé la voir, d'annuler les 2 nuits suivantes et de me rembourser. Pas une attention, ni un café offert !!!
C'est finalement une employée, plus tard dans la journée, qui a cherché une autre chambre libre. Malheureusement, le lit était tout aussi fatigué. C'est seulement la dernière nuit, dans une 3ème chambre, qui a été meilleure...
