The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.

I've stayed at this hotel before, it's a good hotel, but the breakfast was better.

Good hotel, located near the Jundiaí mall. Maintains the Adagio standard

前台小哥服務不行，酒店設施非常一般。房間也不大。早餐不如別的MERCURE好。總之很一般

Location good. Room size enough for a short stay. Room not good for work. Small table. The worst is that hotel will not make up your room everyday. Rooms will be cleaned after every three days of stay. When you ask why your room was not higienized nor cleaned reception personel days it is a new protocol of the hotel chain! And they say that I signed a paper agreeing in that! Inprobably signed but would be nice somebody from reception or reservations or hotel site make it clear. If I knew in advance would never stay on this hitel with such a stupid lack of service of higienization, specially in times of pandemy. No new towels nor cleaning at all! Yes! Belive me! Accor hotels always surpriseme for bad! Never Addagio again!

Waiting time for checkinn is absurd, only one professional to assist, the queue was huge, more than 15 people waiting. and no satisfaction from the staff, I don't recommend it, and I think Accor needs to take urgent action. I do not recommend

Pleasant experience... Special thanks to the maid Cibele, who always looked after, tidied, cleaned... leaving our room always clean and smelling as if we were at home. Congratulations!!!!!🛏️💤

The hotel shares space with the Ibis Budget, but faces the main avenue. I asked for a quiet room and they put me in front of the avenue. I'm never going back. But if you have no choice, ask for the rooms closer to the Ibis Budget rooms, away from the elevator and opposite the elevator. I would like to add a piece of work that makes a lot of noise in the hotel! Run away!

The housekeeping staff are amazing, communicative and very attentive, especially Luciana who always left my room very well looked after and smelling good, the room is very cozy - I'm going to miss it

I want to thank and praise Miss Júlia, an employee at the Adágio hotel, for being a great employee... kind, attentive, dedicated! who served us very well... we were there on the 9th/10th of May for work. My husband and I. Kind regards, we will be back soon.🙏

The attendant Henrique, extremely polite, helpful, patient and very friendly! Barman Caíque, in addition to being wonderful making the best drink I've ever had in my life, is charismatic, attentive, good-humored and EXTREMELY helpful. I will return to the hotel due to the WONDERFUL service I received two two. I recommend.

I loved the place! I really loved the boys Henrique and Caique! They are extremely polite, sensational. The time I spent at the bar was very light and full of conversations and laughter. Alcoholic drinks, gourmet snacks, everything of extreme quality.

There should be live music more often, it's only on Thursday because not Thursday to Sunday, it makes guests happy, because I went it was raining I couldn't go out, it's entertainment, what people are looking for, singers of various types including jazz, pop, samba, MPB, all kinds,
