GÜL OTEL is a hotel under construction (festival 2024) along the highway 9 km west of Belek, next to the Legends Park. Excellent friendly staff at the reception with good English. Clean and comfortable, everything you need for living and relaxing.

Es ist nicht das Ritz aber sauber und sehr nett. Wir hatten Problemem mit dem Abfluss im Bad. Sofort kam jemand und behob den Schaden. Sehr nette Begrüßung und das Personal ist hilfsbereit und leistet gute Arbeit. Das Zimmer war immer picobello. Frühstück war immer frisch. Auswahl war gering, aber das Hotel war auch nicht voll belegt. Gleich unten befindet sich eine Apotheke unnd ein kleiner Einkaufsladen. Perfekt! Der Pool war sauber und wir hatten ihn sogar für uns alleine! An dieser Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu meckern!

Das Einchecken war wortlos und das Zimmer wurde von einem Kind gezeigt. Das Badezimmer stank, es gab keine einzige Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen, nach dem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser. Betten und Frühstück ok.

Bad experience
The rooms and their furnishings were absolutely not worth the price I paid. I would rate this hotel a 2-star at most. There seemed to be no proper management. They even took pictures of our documents on their mobile phone for check-in instead of scanning them properly into the system. After checking in, we couldn't find anyone from the management to talk to. It was only in the evening that we found a young man on the night shift who was kind and helpful. The bathrooms were terrible. Yes, they looked clean, but they were old and had a bad smell. The rooms also had an unpleasant odor. It was a bad experience, but I was forced to stay there

Daha önce bu kadar pis bir odada kalmamıştım. Zaten ilk geldik rezervasyonunuz gözükmüyor dediler. Temizliği yapılmayan odaya göndermişler bizi. Durumu bildirince bi çalışan gelip hızlıca hazırladı odayı. Fakat odaya girdikten sonra her yerde saç kılları vardı. Etraf aşırı tozluydu. Banyo temizliği su tutarak yapılmıştı. Odalar arası ses çok fazla uyurken zorlandık. Sıcak su ayarlaması zordu bi sıcak bi soğuk geldi. Yatak da hiç rahat değildi. Temiz gelmediği için bana belki de rahat yatamadım. Fiyat olarak da fazla verdik. Fotoğrafla alakası yoktu odanın.
