I made a reservation and came here. It was a bungalow. Amazing.
Since it's not next to the pyramids of Cairo, you should check the entrance carefully.
It's fun because it feels like a resort in downtown Cairo.

Ich bin seit mehr als 10 Jahren Stammkunde im Cairo Pyramids und fühle mich da rundum willkommen und wohl. Das Personal ist herzlich und freundlich und ebenfalls "Dauerstammpersonal". Das Roomcleaningpersonal Kareema, Batta, Marwa, zwei Ahmeds und der Chief Mohamed sind direkt zur Stelle und ich werde begrüßt. Ebenso muß ich das Kofferpersonal, die Security und die Poolmannschaft lobend erwähnen. Die Restaurant-und Rezeptionsmannschaft ist immer ansprechbar hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch die Laundrymannschaft ist absolute Spitze. Ich halte mich immer eine ganze Woche im Hotel auf. Leider stelle ich immer häufiger fest, daß die Gäste nur eine Nacht da sind. Sie können die Liebenswürdigkeit daher nicht genießen.

Poor infrastructure of room (bed and toilet). Huge water patches on the wall inside. Poor Wifi signal from room It is not at all claimed as 4* star property. They always Cheated the customers. I will never recommend this property to stay unless infrastructure improvement has been completed.

Meine Erfahrung im Cairo Pyramids Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht wunderbar! Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und sorgfältig gestaltet, um Ruhe und Komfort zu bieten. Das Essen war mehr als wundervoll, große Auswahl und ausgezeichnete Qualität, es hat jeden Geschmack zufrieden gestellt. Mein besonderer Dank geht an Chefkoch Abdullah, der sich durch die Präsentation köstlicher und unverwechselbarer Gerichte hervorgetan hat und sich dafür eingesetzt hat, unser kulinarisches Erlebnis außergewöhnlich zu machen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen
