Very new and clean hotel, close to shopping mall. Hotel offers laundry service for free

Stay in this hotel was good. Rooms are clean, everything looks new. The stuff was very nice and polite. They spoke a bit of English with us. But anyway, everything was clear and ok.  Breakfast is poor, it is a buffet, but not much to offer. Food was fresh and the restaurant was clean and new. But they only had noodles, couple of different vegetables, eggs, some bread options and that's it. Hotel is not that big, not so many guest and it is not crowded. Which was good.

Decent hotel located near Kaiping bus terminal. Even though we booked a non- smoking room, our room still smelled like cigarett. But this seems to be the case for the whole hotel, not just for our room alone.

Overall very new & uses advance technology. Hotel name is actually Ousika, not Osika. Hotel has a clothes hanger in front of the room aircon but it was not told to us & we only realised it on the last day of our stay. Good to have washing machine but too few dryers. Dryer that is dual with washing machine doesn’t dry fully.

Facilities: After all, it has only been open for less than a year. It is about 20 minutes away from Chikan Ancient City. There are stewed soup and desserts in the evening. Miss Zhen helped us to delay the check-out time.

The hotel is far from the city, and there are no places to eat around. Fortunately, breakfast is included, otherwise it would be troublesome. Fortunately, the hotel itself is good, the room is large, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. A stew pot is also provided every night, and the service staff is also very good. It's just that there are too few room service staff. We returned to the hotel at around 3 pm and the room was not cleaned yet. We called the front desk three times before someone came. When we asked, we found out that there were only three room service staff in total, two of them took leave and only one was left to work! I can understand how hard this employee is, but it can't be an excuse! I hope the hotel can have relevant plans to prevent such situations from happening! Although I didn't give it a full score, I am still quite satisfied with the hotel as a whole

The room was very clean and the toilet had a washlet, so I was able to stay comfortably. They also provided free soup in the evening, delivered by a robot. The shiitake mushroom and chicken soup was delicious. The staff were also very helpful and the price was very economical!!

Facilities: The rooms are relatively new. We upgraded to a room. The room is relatively large. Hygiene: clean and hygienic There are not many choices for breakfast, but the price is still a good deal. I will consider it next time I come. There are not many parking spaces in front of the hotel. Warm service, we will be notified whenever we miss a hat👍

The hotel is located on the main road, about 12 kilometers away from Chikan Ancient Town, which is not too close; the hotel facilities are very new, and intelligent coverage is provided in all aspects. Because of the large area, we booked a mahjong room, which we thought was just one room, but turned out to be a separate room on the first floor. Both rooms are large and clean; the breakfast is average, not very rich, but filling, and they also provide stewed soup and sweet soup in the evening; the service is good, but for some reason the phone in the room is non-existent; parking is free at the hotel entrance.

I have to say that this three-star hotel has many highlights. This three-star hotel in Kaiping County costs more than 250. Although the price is a bit expensive, it feels worth the money. Highlight 1: There is a robot delivering stewed soup; Highlight 2: Considering the children's clothes, there is a clothes drying pole; Highlight 3: There is a refrigerator with a good cooling effect; Highlight 4: The voice assistant controls the curtain switch and lights; Highlight 5: There are Kung Fu tea sets and soft seats; Highlight 6: The windowsill is also covered with cushions; Highlight 7: The twin room has two 1.5-meter beds. Others include: the hair dryer is very new and has strong wind, and the breakfast quality is good. The parking lot is around the bottom of the hotel and is open.

The hotel is newer and has a variety of smart facilities, including smart toilet seats and voice-activated electrical switches. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance, which is suitable for self-driving tours. Parking is convenient at the door.

The room is very clean, large, and comfortable to live in. It has full intelligent control, and there are stewed soup and sweet water to drink in the evening. This price is really cost-effective👍👍👍
