Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Lage des kleinen Hotels ist optimal und von guter Gastronomie umgeben. Das Studio ist geräumig und mit einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet, von dem man das Leben auf dem Platz angenehm verfolgen kann. Ein besonderes Dankeschön für die kleinen kulinarischen Schmankerln und die Flasche guten Wein, welche man als Gast als Willkommensgeschenk auf dem Zimmer findet.
Empfehle das Hotel sehr gerne weiter.

Situato al secondo piano in pieno centro a Kalamata, offre stanze molte confortevoli gestite benissimo da personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione viene servita al Bistro di fronte con ampia scelta dolce/salata. Siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo vivamente!

We stayed as a quick stop on arrival. Excellent and comfortable accommodation. Friendly and welcoming staff. It is located in a pedestrian area, it is not possible to park nearby.

This little luxury budget hotel was a great find! I felt welcome or as the Greeks practice-philoxenia. I am on the road a lot for business and pleasure. The receptionist, Fay, is an excellent concierge. Will highly recommend and revisit if in area again.

Appart’hotel très agréable et confortable. Très bien placé dans le centre de Kalamata. Literie confortable. Appartement très propre. La kitchinette est très pratique. Personnel d’accueil très agréable. Petit-déjeuner dans le restaurant du bas copieux. Les délicates attentions sont parfaites, un grand merci pour ces petits cadeaux

Κεντρικό, καθαρό, ευγενικό-γελαστό προσωπικό. Το ότι είναι πάνω στη κεντρική πλατεία της Καλαμάτας για μένα πολύ βασικό. Η καθαριότητα ακόμα πιο βασική και η υποδοχή όταν φτάσαμε πολύ ευχάριστη. Μπαλκόνι με θέα πλατεία για ατελείωτο χάζι. Μεγάλη έκπληξη το welcome basket που προσφέρουν. Μπράβο τους.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt. Das Zimmer konnten wir sogar etwas früher beziehen. Wir hatten das „Sunrise Blue“, es war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch grosszügig. Der Balkon und das Zimmer zeigten Richtung Hauptstrasse und es war Wochenende, klar ist es da erwas lauter. Wir nutzen den öffentlichen Parkplatz, ganz in der Nähe.

I’ll start by saying that, for some folks there will be absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel, the room, the owners or location. For us however the location was all wrong. We decided not to stay and to move on. The hotel is positioned in a very busy and noisy location slap bang in the middle of Kalamata which is a large, bustling city. Traffic and parking is a nightmare. I should have done my homework more thoroughly as we have targeted quiet apartments/ hotels in small coastal villages… like Pilos where we are now. The owners declined a refund or partial refund as they were apparently unable to relet the room and this, I guess is understandable. I’ve done this review to draw your attention to the location if like us you are seeking solace.
