Отличный отель, супер персонал. Мега удобная кровать и подушки. Большой душ. Все работает, есть спа и спортзал. В номере есть тапочки и халат. Мне понравилось все. На первом этаже ресторан. Сервис отличный. Еда вкусная.

Чудесный, комфортный отель. Уютные, современные номера. Улыбчивый и отзывчивый персонал. Столько приветливых улыбок давно не видела. 😊Очень вкусные завтраки. Блюда на любой вкус. Присутствуют в меню знаменитая селедка (божественно вкусная) и клопсы.

Сам отель новый, это видно по мебели и ремонту, но вот персонал ужасен, за исключением повара. Еда очень вкусная, а подача в номе отвратительная. Обучите персонал не обманывать на ресепшене, а официанта правильно предоставлять сервис рум Больше в отель не приедем

Уютный отель. Чисто, комфортно, тепло, отличное обслуживание. Местоположение просто идеально, рядом находятся Кафедральный собор, музей Мирового океана, рыбная деревня, до площади Победы 10 минут ходьбы, строится мост, так что остров Канта окажется еще ближе...Завтраки очень вкусные, блинчики, оладушки, фрукты, овощи, тефтели очень вкусные были, в ресторане очень уютно и вкусно, креветки очень вкусные, а по субботам живая музыка. В следующий раз поедем в Калининград, остановимся только в этом отеле.

Второй раз останавливались в этом отеле, и второй раз самые лучшие впечатления. Очень приветливый и профессиональный персонал и на ресепшен и в ресторане. Очень чистый номер, качественная уборка номера. Меню ресторана даёт возможность оценить качество местной и европейской кухни. Готовят очень вкусно, подают без длительного ожидания, всегда все вежливы, с улыбкой и хорошим настроением. Прекрасный отель , замечательный коллектив, главное не снижайте планку.
